Worst customer service experience ever and to find out it was the manager, Cage. His staff up to that point were very friendly and courteous. I had a small issue with part of my order which could have been easily fixed. He told me (among other snippy, sarcastic remarks) that "I should have communicated better", that It was my fault and basically I got what I ordered. We were there last week and I placed the exact same order and it was great therefor I was expecting our food to be prepared the same way today. He wanted to argue instead of finding a solution and keeping a satisfied customer. His tone was condescending, unprofessional, rude and hostile. I was appalled to have been spoken to like that. He certainly did not set a good example for his employee who was trying to help. Apparently management does not understand the concept of asymptomatic spread, in relation to Covid-19. No symptoms, does not mean no virus, and this virus can be breathed out of seemingly healthy individuals onto the food, which is then consumed by unsuspecting patrons. Idaho requires cloth masks be worn by employees of restaurants as part of Phase 2 of the statewide reopening. If you are the owner of this establishment, you should be aware that not adhering to this requirement puts your operating license at risk, not to mention that this lack of good judgement puts your patrons at risk. I could barely understand her, but I believe she said hold and then, I was put on hold. I was left on hold for 17 minutes by the time I got there placed my order in person I hung up. I witnessed six employees and nobody was too busy to take my order when I walked in. There was no reason for me to be left on hold. There was no line.no one was even on the register. While I was there waiting for my food I heard them turn people away before 8:00 because they weren't cooking food anymore they would just do ice cream.
