I tried to order food from here and was talked to crazy and unprofessional by the lady that answered the phone. She was rude and spoke to me as if I were illiterate and lacked the knowledge to know that the shrimp fried rice was an extra $3 with an entree. There was a language barrier and I was very nice as I asked her about an entree and a side order of shrimp fried rice and tried to get the order together for my dad. I had to call twice for my father and upon the second call she was condescending, and tacky and said, “the shrimp fried rice is $3, do you NOT understand!?” I was so offended that I hung up the phone and refuse to EVER get food from there for my father of anyone else. I ordered online and my coworker went to pick it up. The website only gave me the option to pay in the store. My coworker paid with my debite card and they charged me for someone else's food and then they gave her my "difference" but didn't give me all the amount that I was due. This isn't the first time I have had a run in with them. If you are not going to pay attention to what you are doing and overcharge someone, please give the correct amount of money. Also, they have done this with not giving the correct food for what was ordered and then they have an attitude when you ask for the right order. While their food is decent, attitude goes a long way. Cashier lady was on a cell call and acted like she didn't even wanna take my order or answer my questions about what chicken meals come with vegetables. Every Chinese restaurant is different. Forgive me for interrupting your phone call while ONE CUSTOMER is in your restaurant. Food was kinda bland. Way too much rice vs chicken and veggies. Warm, but not much flavor. It would be nice if when you're trying to decide, the person taking your order was actually courteous.
