Shatney is so friendly and joyful! She smiles And greets you when you come in! She makes the best sandwiches, and doesn't over or under stuff them. It is just right!! Jesse is always sweet when I pay for my meals. And the manager Christine is the best! She allows me to eat here, even when I bring my own lunch. I don't have many places to go eat since I am new to working in this part of town. I appreciate her so much! This place is super clean at all times! I see the whole staff always cleaning, making fresh bread, cookies, and they keep all of the food fresh as well! I am not concerned about my quality of food here. supposedly opens at 7 HAH! You are lucky if they are open by 8. Want your sandwich toasted?!? You are out of luck... they are going to put it in the MICROWAVE and turn it into a nasty soggy mess. Customer service? For a few months after opening... I got to the point I changed my route to work for a while to go to the store on Bert Kouns near Youree (who has ALWAYS been open on time AND had pleasant employees), so glad there is a new one on Bert Kouns near 49 on my way to work now... decided last second this morning wanted to grab some yogurt and thought I would try the Ellerbee location because yogurt isn't anything they have to prepare, well, 7.45 a.m. and not a soul in sight... wondering if their lack of customer service and inedible microwaved sandwiches finally shut them down...

This used to be my favorite location. I would come 3/4 times a week on my break to get lunch that was always perfect! However, Last time I came I waited 10 minutes (literally) for my sandwich at the window with no other cars in the drive through. I honked because I could hear the ladies talking and was worried they forgot about me because I’ve NEVER waited more than 5 minutes without at least being told it may be a minute. I honked my horn lightly to get attention and nobody came to the window. I called multiple times to see if I needed to come inside and no answer. I finally went inside and she said she was making it.
