McDonald's — Restaurant in Shreveport

They have the best caramel frappes ever I would love to have been able to give them a 5 stars, but this "witch at McDonald's on Bert Kouns and Linwood did something that was absolutely unbelievable. I ordered a large vanilla shake, large frappe, large fries, a hamburger, and a plain hamburger Patty for my dog. When she gave me my food, I told her that I also had a large vanilla shake. So she brings me a medium one. When I pointed it out, she said I was only charged for a medium shake. I probably would have let that go because I hate it when they have to remake something because you never know what they might do to the remake just because they don't want to do it. But the next thing sent me past the point of pisstivity! I am a salt-aholic, and I don't eat things If they don't have enough salt. I use A LOT OF SALT! It looks like it snowed on my food, but I have salt deficiency and I have been like this all my life. I don't have high blood pressure, swelling, fluid retention or any other problems most anyone else would suffer from eating the amount I eat. Anyway I asked her for some salt. She said we don't have any salt. I I'm like you don't have any salt whatsoever? She said no. I asked her if she would just put some on them for me. Again, she said they don't have any. So I went inside, and they handed me some packages of salt. Seriously? She should have been reprimanded...

I use to go the McDonalds on Maisfield Rd every morning and I order a small frappe mocha. They new who I was once I drove around. Whether it’s 2 cars or 5 cars it’s always take 15 or 20t give me a frappe. So I stop going because it shouldn’t take that long to get a frapp. If the cars ahead are waiting on Food and it’s not ready pull the over or to the side and walk their food out. Well I went back this morning May 9th I ordered the usual a small mocha frappe, I pulled up and paid, and then I pulled to the next window my frappe ready because I see it on the counter. I guess because I’m looking at the cashier with the glasses and braids up in a bun. She walks off and starts putting those sheets in the trays. While 3 more other managers 2 male and one female standing around talking. I put my car on park knock on the window and the cashier ignores me while laughing. Out of all the McDonald's in Shreveport I wouldn't recommend going here. The only reason I ended up there is because I was ordering too fast on the App and didn't notice it changed the location from my favorite. Nothing there is ever working. They pretend that when you order on the App and they don't have something, they can't refund your money. This visit was for breakfast for my family. I ordered 5 cups of orange juice. While watching from the drive thru, the worker tries to show the manager on duty that it was still just concentrated and not mixed. Then she attempted to mix it with water to make the orange juice herself, and of course, I didn't get any that actually tasted like orange juice just orange water. One time I went there, I ordered a frappe on the App as usual, they still processed my order, knowing their machine was broken, no refund. I used to go there all the time, either your order is wrong, they don't have something (which they try to substitute for something of lesser value), or their machines are down. Go here at...
