Horrible experience as well as terrible customer service and very unprofessional. My friend and I went to order three drive threw I went to order and let the worker know ahead of time I had a coupon for buy one whopper get one free I also told her the coupon number she even repeated what I said. Next I let her know I had a separate order she said go ahead with your second order. Pulled up to window she said total which was 27 dollars I repeated that I told whoever was on the mike that it was a separate order, being confused at first she finally was able to make it separate but my total was still 7$ which clearly no one listens to what the customer wants while at drive threw once I realize I paid full price when I gave her my coupon code I pulled back around at this point I was extremely irritated I just wanted my money back she told me oh the manager said ain’t nothing he can do which I’ve never heard of before so I asked well where is he at which she says oh he busy smh “what type of establishment is this” so I came in the inside no one greeted me knowing why I was in the inside I had to stand there for a good 10 mins before the so called manager came to the front he slouched over the counter already with a attitude and just looked at me and said I wanna talk about something I ask are you the manager he just shrugged his shoulders I proceeded to explain to him I just want my money back the girl that was at the window was constantly saying it ain’t no big deal it ain’t no big deal just a few dollars more. First and foremost I am the customer I don’t care if it was 50 cent more it’s MY MONEY she had no say so in what she said. The manager so called ended up walking away from speaking to me and just said come back Monday morning because I said I wanted to speak with someone besides him because his attitude was very bad I ask for the guys name that I was suppose to be speaking with when I come Monday he didn’t even give it to me so I just looked on his name tag which was Ryan and said ok. I will be contacting corporate or finding someone who is really the manager or over him that whole experience was ridiculous I normally don’t have any problems at Burger King in other areas I don’t live in Shreveport but I can say I will not be coming back to this location. Read moreI wish I could give this place a negative 5! I walked in, and the front server/till operator or whatever didn't even acknowledge me. She was talking to gm her co-worker about how she got tablets for her kids, and how she want to buy some Jordans; for good solid minute (I'm the only one in line)! I wanted to order cheesy tots. She said they were out. So I order chicken tender/fingers or whatever with small meal. I asked if they had honey mustard sauce, and the answer was no. Then another co-worker shouted; "it's some right here!" Placed my order, and proceed to the drink machine. No ice! I stopped an employee, and asked was she the manager. She replied yes. I told her that there's no ice in the machine. She asked me why dis I need a manager for that! I sighed! I explained to her everything you just read. She say they discontinued the cheesy tots, and I did it's still on the menu. She said that there's regular people that come in here and they know what's available, it's the 1st of the month, and we have to walk all the way around to fill the machine up with ice, andI don't anyone to walk around and fill it (and I am not making none of this up). Read moreIt's around 6:30am and I decided to get some breakfast from this location because I live nearby and Google Maps shows that this location is "Open". I pulled into the parking lot and the lights were on. And I saw a worker with an apron on in the restaurant. I went to the drive thru and I hear, "Good morning, welcome to Burger King 👑 may I take your order." So, I say, "Good morning" then say "my order." I sat for a few minutes and I didn't hear anything else. So, I went to the window and sat a few. The lady was rude as AF and looking at me crazy. Saying, "We ain't open."
