Southern Classic Chicken — Restaurant in Shreveport

Well first off i love Southern Classic chicken i been going to this place since the hollywood location opened here lately i been going to the North Market location they are friendly at this location but here lately they have been putting so much salt on the fries you cant hardly eat/enjoy them so i decided i wanted to start getting fries with lite salt so went to north market location today 8/31 orderd my food and fries with lite salt and a pepper get home with my order no pepper and fries full of salt so i called the manager about the heavy salt she was so UNPROFESSIONAL i shared with her about the heavy salt and that i ordered lite salt on my fries and i got heavy salt plus i didnt get my pepper first she has me on speaker phone telling me that the girl can hear me while im talking about the pepper the manager also tell me that everyone in the world wants extra salt on their fries and that me and her might be the only 2 that like lite salt she also said that they cant controll how the seasoning come out the salt shaker because of the big holes and they dont even have a lite salt button so i might need to orfer my fries without salt because its no way i can get lite salt on my fries but to me why order a fry with out seasoning and the seasonings is wht make the fries good they just need to put the proper amount without over doing things but...

I went through the drive-thru, and they always have a long line in drive-thru, but it was worth the wait because my meal was hot and good. it was really hot, not warm but hot . I just want to say thank you but also to ask that in the near future to place ketchup packages inside bags and not inside with the meals. And this didn't happen to me but the person that had me to purchase a meal for them that suffers from Phobias and had to throw they're meal away because ketchup packages were thrown in the box on the meal germs are real in the head and out . If you don't keep your hands clean, it will cost you and think about those packages that have been through a lot of hands before they got to your location. And i felt bad that the person couldn't enjoy they meal because I knew if it was me it would've been back at your location just like you gave it to me with those ketchup packages upon the chicken NOPE!!! I don't do germs either...PEROID. And knowing that wasn't in the training skills but your own rush skills rethink again because if it happens to me, trust me, I do not want any more chicken. One of my coworkers told me about this place while I was working in Shreveport. He said cars are wrapped around the building trying to get served. He also told me this place beats Church's and Popeye's chicken hands down. I asked my sister in law about this place being that she's from Shreveport and she told me I have to try it. Well, today I tryed it out and all I could say was wow! This definitely was the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. It was cooked just right and seasoned perfectly.
