Ordered online to pick up in store. I arrived and the doors were locked and I asked how was that supposed to pick up my online order if I can't come inside. She said the manager said come to the drive-thru window. So embarrassing as that is I did what they asked. Mind you online still gave me the choice of being able to go inside but when I got there I did not have that choice to go inside. Well when I get to the window to pick up my order the cashier as the manager named Ken by the way if he had my order and he said he don't do walk-ups. Needless to say I wasn't a walk-up per se I only was told to walk up cuz I sure did not want to walk up in the drive-thru. He had an attitude and I let it go and went on about my day. Order the next day same thing was not able to go inside so I went to the drive-thru and I get to the window and the cashier said. My manager said we can't serve anybody that walks up You have to be in a vehicle. Not yesterday I was able to and the same manager from yesterday was the same manager for a day who had the attitude and then told me I couldn't even get no food today after I walked up there and then I had to ask for a refund through corporate office or whatever. So I didn't get any food I had to walk back home angry and then I didn't have the money to get my food because I had to wait for a refund. Tried to call somebody to complain could not get anybody cuz it was too late so I called back up to the restaurant and asked to speak to the matter and told him I needed my refund because corporate said for him to do it he's saying for them to do it. He said the order probably what didn't even go through or the payment hasn't even went through or is coming back whatever. No sir I've already gotten the points for the order like I picked it up already. He said just come up here and get your damn food. So I have to walk back up there. listen to the cook complain about having a remake the order that they made her throw away because they wouldn't serve me. All I had was two chicken sandwiches and two sodas. They made me go wait up front for them to bring my sandwiches out. It took them 15 to 20 minutes to bring my sandwiches out and they were cold and not even correct. I have not called and complained to a corporate or a district manager yet because I really haven't had time but I will be doing...
Read moreI visited this location Sunday 11/29/2020. All Wendy's don't honor the 4.99 Big Deal Meal when it comes to choosing what burger you prefer from the 4 for 4. The burger that is displayed in the ad is not a good burger to me; just my own opinion that why I wanted to choose a different burger. This location said you can not choose what burger you want on Big Deal Meal; I left and went to the King's Hwy location and asked for the same 4.99 Big Deal Meal and the manager said you can order any burger to go with this meal just as long as it's under the 4 for 4. I can not say the staff was professional because they made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about or that I couldn't comprehend what the sign read. Read moreThis review is for the north market location specifically. The workers at this location are extremely disrespectful. They don’t answer their phone and when they do they set it down and leave it off the hook without saying a word. They mess up delivery orders and pick up orders. They honestly need new staff or retraining seminars. I’d be more understanding if they were busy and in the weeds but they haven’t been, every time I’ve gone and they messed up my order. They don’t even seem short staffed with at least 4 people in the back making the orders and 3 other floaters plus a manager.
