Okidoki Hibachi Express Shreveport — Restaurant in Shreveport

I had the hibachi steak and shrimp combination with fried rice. The steak was very tough, the pieces were too big. I had to use my pocket knife to cut the pieces in half to make them bite size. They give you plastic forks, and the forks almost break picking up the steak. The shrimp were grilled perfectly! Unfortunately the shrimp had no seasoning. The fried rice was terrific. And the vegetables with the rice were good. Everything needed a little seasoning and there were no salt and pepper shakers on the tables, so I asked for some salt and pepper, and they brought it to me in little solo cups. No soy sauce on the tables either. For appetizer we had pot stickers, they were the best thing we had, and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon will run of the mill and okay. The service was excellent. The ambience was okay not bad. I really wish I could rate this place better. But the main part of my meal the steak and shrimp we're not great. I really don't think I will be back. The price...

I noticed this place just opened, and i wanted to try it out, and i was welcoming after eating left overs for a few days longer becuase of the ice storm. The food was fresh and had a great taste. The rangoons were crispy and had just the right amount of filling.the egg rolls were really good. I ordered the treo chicken,steak ,and shimp and the chicken,and steak hibachi. They both were ok. Nothing really made it stand apart. The shrimp and chicken were cooked perfectly. The steak was in chunks, so it made it tuffer than it should have been. I will go back because all in all the food was good and it's on my way home.i won't order the steak...

I come here often and today I order the same order I always get and my steak was overcooked and burned with the teriyaki sauce . I took pictures and sent it to the lady at the front for proof . She said they will not remake my order ! Unbelievable as much business I give them - they didn’t want to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer when their chef is the one who made a mistake!! Then I called her cell - she didn’t wanna answer because she knew they were wrong ! Food is too expensive to be burning it up and serving it . Bad customer service . Whoever the manager is they...
