I went through the drive through and order a three piece combo. As soon as I got it, without looking in the box, I got a leg and ate it on my way to my second destination. When I got to my second destination, I actually opened my box so I can dig in. Thatโs when I noticed gum on the left side of my box. I calmly went back there and requested for my food to be remade due to having gum in my box. The manager rudely declined, after I requested a full refund and she disrespectfully declined again. Her reasoning was because I ate a leg and because according to her I shouldโve looked in my box first. Then she asked โ so you seen the gum and still decided to eat the foodโ. Okay, after that I asked for cooperate and the owner contact information, thatโs when she decided to give me SOME of my money, because I ate ONE leg before noticing the gum!
