Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Shreveport

Krishelle, the young lady they had working the window should be given props for the way she speaks to the customers!! This IS great customer service !! She even made sure my order was correct by repeating my order ! Me having managerial skills in the retail industry for over 15 years and seeing who ever taught her remembers what's important. I could have been having the worst day and just wanted me some good greasy food and to come through the drive-thru and have her speak to me so sweet the way she did and then when I got to the window she says if you can please pull around the front door because we're going to make that fresh for you just made it well worth the 15 minutes that I waited it's makes you want to come back to an establishment that has wonderful employees like this. And btw the chicken quesadilla WAS BOMB ASS that was the perfect tortilla to go with on making this item. It was almost like it was coming from an authentic Mexican restaurant,like seriously, and the onions and bell pepper was cooked well to perfection ! BUT I will say this ...I wasn't impressed with my Cobb salad I got. It had half a strip of ONE piece of bacon, THAT'S IT!!! AND absolutely NO EGG whatttt!! 😭The egg 🥚 is what makes the Cobb Zalad awesome!!!😭😭 I spent 29$ and some change bc we also got some cheesecake bites and THEY WERE SO FRESH AND SO GOOD!!!!!! 💯💯 Overall!! 20/10 Krishelle!!!!!! I ordered the loaded fries with extra cheese cooked to order with a5 piece traditional wings and 2 egg rolls. I went through the drive through and then fries were horrible, I opened up my bag to look at my food and the fries were cold with unmelted cheese on top of them with over cooked, hard,dried out chicken also on them but remind you I asked for them to be cooked to order. So I pull around and park, goes inside and asked for a refund and i was told that she was waiting on a manager. So I assume he told her to refund me but when she did the refund she only gave me$20 and I was owed $20.25. So I told her she still owed me.25 cents and she replied it wouldn't let her refund it, so the manager, tall white,rude, ignorant guy, walks to the counter and asked what was wrong with the food and I told him and he replied," was there anything wrong with the egg rolls and the wings" and I said no. So he tells me as he's handing me my.25 cents, " well you should have only gotten a refund for your fries only." He didn't apologize or nothing for them messing up my order. I want all my money so I can take...

Of course, everybody loves chicken wings, and the opportunity to virility a new chain offered great promise. Great mix of types(boneless and bone-in), manageable mix of sauces (mild to vaguely wild), nice mix of sides (including fried mushrooms), excellent mix of salads with great toppings and flavorful dressings. Facility is nice, bright and clean with a big drive thru. Everything was looking good. Then we ordered. Turn around time was iffy, stretching from a comfortable 7-8 minutes the first time, an interminable 15-20 minutes the second time, back to 7-8 minutes the last time. Orders ranged from accurate to just plain wrong. It's a new place with kinks, but is not all that new. In a town that has killed Jack in the Box, Schlotzky's, Cheddar's(Dunkin Donuts a block away), other big national chains (and a lot of home-growns - Cool Beans, in favor of Chipotle's), Zaxby's needs to get together.
