Subway — Restaurant in Shreveport

You guys should probably make sure your employees are properly trained before letting them run a store. I asked for a wrap. They gave me flatbread. The more I insisted that a tortilla is "round", the more they told me this is what they always use. I asked for the "steak and cheese" to be warmed. The lady put it in the warmer after telling me "we don't normally do this" and i, again, insisted that the do and told HER what to warm it in. I get my "flatbread" wrap, pay for my meal, and the steak and cheese is still cold. I even asked "is it warm?" because I noticed the cheese wasn't melted. She said, "yeah, it's warm!" Neither one of these poor girls apparently have been trained very well. I literally wanted to just walk away without buying anything. At least my son's sandwich was good to him. She had also asked me at check out, "did you get a 6" or 12" wrap?". What!? Pretty sure they only come in one size.

*I have recently found out that apparently Subway did away with the tortilla and is using the flatbread for the wraps. The fact that neither of these ladies knew that and could explain it and just acted all confused when I asked about it twice still tells me they are not very well versed in their job. One of them literally told the other girl to come take care of my order because she didn't know and said "this just my 2nd day",...

I just moved to the area and would have to say DRIVE TO THE ONE BY BROOKSHIRES. The workers are rude, lazy, and smug. Not to mention act like they have all day. Not to mention my fiancé asked for pepperonis on his sandwich (which she had already tried to take to the toaster before he finished) and she turned around and looked at him like he just insulted her. Is it that hard to grab a few pepperonis? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

I walk in about to order and let me tell you , the guys working there had no mask on but I wasn't really tripping just noticing. What got me was right before he was going to take my order he gets a phone call on his phone and with the gloves on answer his phone and proceed to helping his follow worker with same gloves he touched his phone with .
