Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

Ok I Know most everyone likes Dunkin donuts, I could not agree more the donuts are great , however they're coffee is unbelievable nasty & tastes & looks like colored water , I believe you should go to bean to cup & add regular flavored coffee creamer and not the stuff you call flavored syrup , it's just awful, I believe you'll go belly up if you don't change . ( I only gave the 3 stars for the doughnuts ) coffee is watered...

I was waited on by a young lady that had a beautiful tattoo on her neck, she was very nice and smiling as she fixed my coffee the way I liked it. After I got my coffee she told me to be careful as it was very hot. I had cream and sugar put in my coffee and she offered me some packets of sugar in case I needed more. I wish every Dunkin Donuts and people in general was as nice as she was. Thank you so much. Sincerely...

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. I don’t usually come this way but when I do this is the only one on the route and out of the 6 times I’ve been there they’ve messed the order up all 6 times. One time they even read my order back to me had everything on there and when I got to the window didnt have one of my drinks rang up and had to make a separate transaction for it. They’re also extremely rude...
