I usually have a decent experience at scooters. The workers are talkative and friendly, the food and coffee is great! My complaint is that Madison at the window has been very rude. At first I thought maybe she’s having a bad day and let it go. But now it’s every single time I go. Mind you, I go to scooters 3-5 times a week. Or I was until recently I started going to other ones in town more often. She is Very short and snippy with her words and has a negative rude attitude when all I’m trying to do is get my drink and enjoy it. I also overheard Madison very loudly bad talking her coworker making fun of her for not being able to handle a rush and going outside to cry. Then laughing about it hysterically. This is so unprofessional and made me uncomfortable at the window. I generally love scooters coffee and food and service. Unfortunately this one employee is making the experience a negative one every time...
Read moreI recently called about the coffee I ordered. I got flavored which I didn't order, when i called to explain the server Darcy talked over me while I was trying to explain. I asked her to stop talking over me several times. She just kept on going blah blah and Xtra Blah. Finally I asked to please do not talk over a customer when they are trying to explain something. Read moreThis place opened up this year and absolutely killed it. I became a regular customer. In the last 6 weeks it has absolutely gone down hill. Its become inconsistent and the drinks are complete trash. And their prices are higher than the other locally owned coffee stands. Just like any other corporate outfit, they started off good and then head downhill. Won't be returning, I'll continue to support my longstanding local coffee stands.
