Updating my review. Since I have been back several times and service and quality of drinks is always good!! Thank you.
The only reason I'm giving a low rating on Stars is because the drinks are not consistent there's one girl that knows how to make the drinks really well and they're delicious. On at least four other occasions someone else has made the drinks and they taste like Blended water I'm not sure if they're trying to scale back on the amount of caramel they use but when I spend my money on this I want to drink the taste good. Because I'm on my way to work I can't go back and get a different drink. We had three drinks and they all three tasted like they weren't sweetened. I'd like to change this review because everyone there is really nice. Just FYI to your response thank you for your kindness to offer Us free drinks. And I've only ordered with almond milk the whole time because I cannot have regular milk. Like I mentioned the first time that we got drinks there the girl that made them made them delicious and they were made with almond milk then we got them on four other different occasions also with almond milk because I'm allergic to regular milk and so are my daughters. I know many people will order drinks with almond milk and I go to other coffee shops that make me drinks with almond milk. So the difference is in taste did not have anything to do with almond milk. This is common for drinks to need added sweetener with almond milk. The girl that made them well on two occasions may need to share how she makes this drink taste good with almond milk. We returned because the...
Read moreI’m from out of town, but this little spot would definitely be on my list of places to visit each time I come through Sierra Vista. As far as I can tell it’s a family owned restaurant that focuses on caring for their customers’ needs first. They make quality drinks, and while they have a smaller food menu (I imagine to keep the overhead down) what they do offer is well made and worth the price. I had a large breakfast burrito, and Hot Chai Latte. Unlike most places where you order a large burrito and have to settle for a medium size by your own standards, Nirvana’s delivers! I didn’t realize the difference between a Chai Tea and a Chai Latte, so even after making me the Chai tea, the staff was very kind and gracious about understanding it wasn’t quite what I meant to order, and they made me a new Chai Latte instead. It was the perfect temperature as well. 👍🏼 My friend, who lives here in town, got the Chorizo burrito and said he too was very impressed. He said it tasted authentic, which is funny since he’s Mexican and nobody behind the counter was. Nice to find a place that doesn’t skimp on the quality or quantity of ingredients. He also had a London Fog, which I guess is a coffee type drink. I don’t know, cause I don’t drink coffee, but he said it was great! His wife was excited to find they had Gluten Free scones, and that they were soft and yummy, not hard and dry. I almost want to hold back this review so this place doesn’t become so popular I can’t get in line again, next time I’m in Sierra Vista, but I guess they...
Read moreI'm really, really sad about what's happened to this place. It first opened when I was in highschool and everything was really good, the drive thru made it more convenient than Urbano's and I genuinely used to love their drinks and food. I just came back from my first year of college and I don't know what happened, everything sucks. I've given it 4 chances since I've been back and all the drinks and food we've gotten have been so subpar that me and my friends couldn't even finish any of it. The prices are higher and the quality has dropped exponentially, like I genuinely don't even want to give it a chance anymore because it's just too expensive to be worth it. I hope things change, I miss the way this place used to be, but as it is just don't...
