This & That Bakery Custom Cakes & Treats — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

I live in San Diego, but my mother lives in Sierra Vista. I was trying to figure out how to send East Coast Cannolis to my native NY born mother, since she dearly misses good Italian bakery items. My plan fell through, but I was fortunate to have found Katrina on short notice to custom make a cake with cannoli filling for my mother’s birthday. The picture sent to me was adorable with a big dog head a top a wedge wood blue cake adorned with dog bones. But even more importantly, my mother was so surprised and said the cake was moist, light and fluffy and the cannoli cream filling was perfect. What a success!! Plus my mom instantly made a new friend!!...

She makes the most amazing cakes that not only look perfect but taste absolutely delicious too! Everyone loves them, they are always a big hit!

She gets them exactly right to each kiddo’s requests. She has done 3 birthday cakes for us so far. Looking forward to getting more as the kids grow up.

I don’t even like eating icing or fondant but if she’s making it, I actually like to eat it. It’s that good! She is quite talented at what she does, always friendly and so easy to work with, especially when you are dealing with kids and their ever changing opinions.
