Well...I really expected to like this place but, I walked away very disappointed. OK, this might be weird, but I will add in this review the restroom facilities. I'm a guy so.. Will obviously share my experience with the men's restroom.. it was horrible. First.. the smell. No not the smell.. more correctly, it should be noted as the stench. Absolutely inexcusable for a restaurant management to allow this. Makes one wonder if the PUBLIC restroom is allowed to be in this condition...what is going on in the kitchen where the public doesn't see. I must ask the management...it it so difficult to assure there is hand soap available in the restroom. Now..the food. We ordered ribs. It was ... not good. It was extremely fatty and dried.. yes..even smothered in sauce as it was..the meat felt old, tough and dry. We both ate about 1/4 of the dish and left the rest. Goes without saying...no doggie bag. Now..the service. The hostess was prompt and very courteous but sadly...her shirt was full of food stains. That in itself was...distracting from the pleasant experience we expected. Now.. the atmosphere. A bit noisy with a bit of distracting echo. But the most disconcerting thing was that the place needs a good cleaning. A thoughtful refurbishment might be in place. Last word to the management... please tend to the restroom...that is totally disgusting. Especially for a facility that serves food because it makes diners wonder what is going on in the kitchen and with...
Read moreHorrible Experience!!! When you make a reservation for a birthday party, well in advance, (week), and especially ask and reserve a table in the back room, and you get there, and they seat you in the dance area, with the music blasting you, can’t think, hear, or listen to our party conversations, is RUDE… Then waiter comes over and takes our orders, and quite awhile later, brings drinks, and then brings all of us more drinks, never seen this before, and I thought what is up with that!!! But order appetizers for the party, took over a 1/2 hr just to get them, and after 45 minutes, the she brings out just 2 orders for our party, and the tells us there is a large party in the back room where we were supposed to be seated. But every 20 minutes or so they would bring out 2 more of the parties meals, took about a 1.5 hrs for all of us to get our orders, and food was horrible!!! Way overcooked, dry and inedible! They just lost my future business for parties, and all of us agreed that Culver’s would of been a better choice. You don’t seat a party next to blaring music, you don’t bring out just 2 orders at a time, every 20 minutes while your party doesn’t want to eat without the rest eating…. Tell us the truth, be honest, and transparent! If I could do no stars for this...
Read moreHuge restaurant with a huge menu. Usually when I see a place with this many things on the menu - Mexican, American, Asian, and Italian..... I get worried. But both times we went, we were pretty impressed. I had the prime rib, it was honestly fantastic. Husband had the scallops, also great. The drinks are also wonderful - I had a mango margarita and another drink called the Tailfeather. Both drinks were great! I haven't tried anything other than their American food, but I'm encouraged by how good it was.
Wait staff is friendly, and pretty attentive as long as they aren't in the weeds, and the place is HUGE so, I feel for them. Bartender was amazing too.
Ambiance is.... weird. Both times we went, the "DJ" was playing the strangest choices of music for a restaurant. And those choices are tied to the music videos playing on screens all over the place. If I never see another Rednex video, I'll be thrilled. Weird weird stuff. It's like they want to be a Republican night club and also a nice restaurant. Super...
