Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

After the mobile app glitched, who i am assuming was the manager was very friendly and ready to figure out what was going on with my order. She found the reciept and told them to start on it, no one did after about 5 minutes once she was done taking a walkup order she saw me still waiting and asked the employees again to start the order. Well she went to the back, watched multiple orders go out through the drive thru and then watched them stand there doing nothing until another drive thru order came up...finally another manager or shift lead asked me what my order was and they couldnt find it asked the first manager about it and handed them the reciept for the THIRD TIME and i dont know if it was two newer employees or what was going on with them but omg, the molasses pace that they were going at was ridiculous, the second manager made MULTIPLE DRIVE THRU orders before they finished my one order and then it got handed to the person working drive thru idk why they couldnt just pass it to me as i had been literally watching them for 20 minutes. No one had even bothered to fill the drinks in the meantime bc they just had forgotten all together about it and didnt read thw reciept. Honestly wasnt even mad about the app issue it was the fact that the first manager told them 2 times and then a THIRD TIME to start working on it and everyone was just. Clueless. It sucks that there is finally a Taco Bell on this side of town and i get it that training new hires can be make things slower but they all just ignored her twice bc no one cared...

I went to this Taco Bell this evening and was very upset when I pulled up to find a very young tiny girl sitting on a metal fold up chair waiting for customers. This is bullshit. It was cold outside and no one there but us in the damn drive thru. She was exceptionally nice and had excellent customer service. Bullshit she's sitting outside alone in the dark. I have been here before and this is the second time I have seen this. I do not like it. Also I want to go tho the menu screen and make my choices. Not off some tiny laminated menu with only half the items having pricing. Im 48 years old I can't see that tiny damn menu. Just let me order from the big screen please I will say that my orders have always been right and the food was perfect but I will not be back until you stop sending kids outside to alone to take orders.
