Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Silsbee

Ordered a 4 pc chicken strip box no drink, they asked me to pull around to the front and they’d bring it out, I waited 15 min. 2 employees left, one walked out on the patio to smoke, and when I walked inside to ask about my food there was no one in the kitchen at all one guy was working the window and no orders were up it was not busy at the time I asked about my order and someone came out of the back and said that the order was placed wrong because the guy at the window was new and they’d have it up in three minutes 15 minutes later, they asked me what I ordered again because I was still waiting and then the guy at the window argued that I didn’t give him the order correctly, which was a simple, four piece chicken strip. There were no other customers when I ordered several customers came and left after me and the service was poor. They did apologize and the Cook in the back of the kitchen was probably the nicest person out of all of them. Went inside instead or going through the drive-through BIG MISTAKE!!!! I was asked if they could help you then when I went to order lady walked away. Someone finally walks over and helps the person behind me. Ummm really, I spoke up and asked if she could see me? She said yes, I can continues helping person behind me when done asked the next person behind me. I said really can you not see me standing here. She then says, "Weren't you helped. I was just in disbelief. After taking my order She helps the next person takes their order and tells someone else to make our simple cones to make their Sunday. After 20 minutes of waiting, we received small, not medium cones. I watched several cars go through the drive-through while I stood there and did not get helped. So much for stopping in for a quick cones, it wasn't creamy goodness it tasted like frozen milk horrible and half melted leaking out of the bottom of cone so quickly. I could after gone to McDonald's if I wanted a cone like that. Bad service bad attitude...

CONS: The service was HORRIBLE. Both my boyfriend and I had to repeat our orders to the high as a cloud cashier. All we wanted were two cheese burgers (one with no veggies and one with no lettuces), two fries, a root beer, and that one blue icy drink. When he FINALLY punched it into the register, we paid and sat down. We waited about 20 minutes for our order in which time about FOUR FAMILIES all with multiple small hyper children came in and order ice cream. They were all fed before us. Upon finally getting our food, we only got the fries. It was another five minutes at least before we got the rest. The rest turned out to be two completely plain burgers, two sprites, and the blue drink. We asked for our money back and left.

PROS: The couple of fries that I picked at were good. The blue drink was good and they didn't seem to mind that I still took it with me out the door, and the manager was nice and seemed upset by the terrible service we were given. She...
