The service here was absolute trash. The woman at the counter had the kind of short, snappy attitude that makes you wonder why she even works with customers. Our order came out to $12.21 on the register screen, but the second she switched over to the handheld card terminal, she mysteriously typed in $13.21. When I politely went back in and asked if I could add another donut by giving her an extra 50 cents, she immediately shut me down with two completely made-up excuses, then walked off like she couldn’t be bothered.
Between the shady upcharge, the attitude, and the refusal to fix a simple request, this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor: skip the stale donuts and the scammy service. There are plenty of shops that actually know how to treat customers with honesty...

If you want to spend more money on food that has sat out and then gets put in a microwave be their guest. It's pretty unacceptable to charge a transaction fee when you spend 30$ to 40$ PER visit especially since the business owner is going to write off the fee from merchant on their taxes.
