Update 6 Nov: the guy we dealt with during our visit on 4 Nov around 5PM, was not pleasant and certainly didn't know what he was doing. My kid spotted a photo of him for "Employee of the Month," which my kid told me after we'd left and were discussing how awful the guy was... so we're both confused as to how he was given such an award. He needs to learn to listen and how to make an order as the customer says, and do it all without being rude. I removed a star because of him! The young lady working with him (whom finished our sandwiches and took payment) was wonderful, and she knew what she was doing in all aspects. I really hope she was the one whom received the tip I added to my card payment.
Original: haven't been here in a couple of years, and my visit on 13 Oct was just as amazing as I remember!
First off, Judy is the best and runs the restaurant perfectly. She made my sandwich just right today, and was her usual happy and sweet self during our interaction. The employee working with her was efficient and listened well.

Read moreEven tho there was plenty of worker's, most of them were standing in the back talking while this young man came to help with our sandwich he was also so patient with my 6 year old grandson trying to figure out what kind of sandwich he wanted, finally this other worker cokes out to help with the rest of our sandwich with rest of making our sandwiches, works on mine and just leaves to the back again to talk without finishing them. Read moreThis is the 2nd time this has happened and I'm now writing a review because I'm so mad. I stood in line with 3 guys in front of me waiting my turn with NOBODY behind me. It was my turn and the female working stopped the guy worker and told him he needed to catch up on the online orders. I was asked to wait .. I told her all I wanted was a pretzel and there is nobody behind me. She told me I needed to wait. So of course I left ... I am so over this subway!!
