Dunkin' — Restaurant in Silverdale

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is by far the WORST Dunkin ever. Orders are always wrong whether it be from an incorrect item or missing items. The worst being when I was given the wrong flavor of coffee and was given a flavor that I am severally allergic to. Thankfully I realized it quickly and had no serious health impact. When I notified them of their mistake their response was only whoops our bad, no we are sorry or anything. Just a whoops our bad. I could have ended up needing serious medical attention because of their mistake. They also routinely do not open when they are supposed to. Several times I have placed a mobile order and they are closed when I get there.. Their hours of operation start at 5am and I would be getting there at 5:30am to pick up my order, on my way to work, so by their hours of operation they should be open. I understand things happen but if you are not going to be open during your posted hours of operation then you need to disable mobile order otherwise you are stealing money from people who are unable to get their orders because no one is there when they are...

This review is strictly speaking about April 18th 2021. When I got there for some reason this location still does not allow you to go in and order out even with restrictions eased because of covid. The drive-thru line no lie was 10 to 15 cars and it was moving at a snail's pace. Once I got up there to order instead of a friendly voice, this young kid was miserable. After I ordered each item individually he constantly asked "is that it?" When I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on croissant his response was we're out of croissants. Not sorry, just that. I went up to the window to pay no greeting, no your total is, I held out my phone he scanned it and walked away. When he handed me my food and my coffee, I got a cold "here you go."

I will say what I did order was hot, and the iced coffee was made very well. My son inhaled his donut so I'm assuming that was good as well. But this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. For starters, the place smelt terrible, literally smelt like a sewage. Secondly, I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and they tried giving me a ham, egg, and cheese bagel. I simply just asked for a refund and not to worry about the bagel. The “ manager “ then said she would give me something to make up the difference and I just said I wanted my money back. She then continued to tell me she wasn’t able to give out a refund and I could have something else, I settled for a iced coffee-my second mistake. She attempted to give me my original order of an everything bagel with cream cheese and gave me the same sandwich that had the American cheese melted on the bagel topped with cream cheese, who in the right mind would do that?
