so I've tried this place multiple times now from in the restraint to carry out to delivery. I can say always a disappointment but tonight takes the cake. yea it was a Friday so I understand it's busy, but when the server Katie comes and asks for your drink order and forgets half of them it doesn't go well. then asks if we are ready to order but never have had a menu, it's hard to. well we ordered a jumbo and a small pizza 20 wings asked for first and a combo platter. while waiting for food watched employees drop stuff on the floor and pick it up and put it back on the plate. police out of the picture and eat it, drop the wash cloth on the floor then use it on a table. enough cross contamination to kill everyone. so after 45 min. the wings finally make it to the table. had to beg for refills. then watch Katie lean against the counter drinking her drink for 5 to 10 min at a time. she would then disappear for awhile. while she was gone watched our pizzas get dropped off at their warmer table that has customers leaning against it the whole time setting their drinks right next to our food. it sat there for 10 min. Katie finally comes back and gets them and drops them off to us without the combo platter 1hr 25 min after we ordered them. as other tables that came in after us have eaten. now as for the food. the wings were hot and cooked perfectly ,but the sauce is far from good more grease than wing sauce. the pizzas were warm and just a thought for the cooks. the sauce is suppose to be all over the pie not just a thick mess on the outside 1 inches. it's this way every time we order one. and it's not a sauce it's a paste out of. a can. I have worked in the food industry for over 12 years from cooking to management, the amount of health code violations sickens me. no hats on cooks no beard nets, the restrooms are scary, you are making money fix them and maybe try to clean them once And the other thing mentioned before should have this place closed. well I've given you many chances but after this disgusting display you will never get a penny from our family again. you will end up...

2 weeks ago I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries meal and super nachos for delivery. I received bacon cheeseburger meal with potato chips. ??? If your out of fries tell me over the phone. Also I asked for a slice of tomato to go with my burger meal. Didn't get it. No big deal but fries kinda are a big deal. I called em up and they apologized and sent my fries and tomato slice. I received fries and no tomato slice and another whole container with super nacho toppings i didn't even ask for. I called again and got a free super nacho for the future. Ok great, their making amends, perfect. I'll go back. 2 weeks later, aka today. I order another bacon cheeseburger meal with FRIES and the free super nachos. Waited an hour and 20 minutes.. still no food. So I called em back. The guy remembered my order but where it's at, no one knows. He said he'll get the food out and refund me so its all free. Ok thank you sir. I get my food 40 minutes after that(about normal time). I received a bacon cheeseburger meal with, POTATO Chips... ??? Whats the deal??? Tell me if your sending chips.. I'll literally cancel and go get Jims Burger.. they make you fries. Not bothering to call them back... they don't deserve my time, business, or money anymore. Gave 2 stars because when food is actually right.. it's good. Horrible experiences tho sour my liking to this business. Needs to be run right or stop...

We've always loved the pizza! The prime rib on Thursdays & Fridays is great! That being said, they need to focus on getting the food from the kitchen to the tables in a timely manner. We've had the prime rib on Thursday (not maxed out busy) & it was cold, the au jus was cold, the onion rings on top were cold. Looked prepared right, but cold. Apparently they don't pay attention to how the competition operates. The person who took your order doesn't have to be the one to bring it to your table. If it's ready have SOMEONE take it out. We told the waitress/server about the cold food & were comped for it, but this isn't a one time incident. Another time, we had 2 pizza & wings. The pizzas sat under a warmer in the dining room for at least 15 minutes - visible to us, but we didn't know if it was ours or someone else's. That day was very busy in there, but this isn't a new business, they should have this down. Both of these occasions we had waitress'/servers that were unfamiliar to us. They have a lot of great staff & servers that have been there for years. These people don't/didn't let us down. They are on top of their game. We'll still go there. Hope the newer...
