Wendy's — Restaurant in Sioux City

Well, I pulled up this morning and noticed construction workers inside, which didnt mean much since the lobby has been closed because of Covid. Pulled up to the lit up menu and sat there and sat there no response. So I pulled forward around the corner and could see cars that looked like they belonged to the inside workers. I pulled up to the window to ask if their speaker was broken and was greeted by a woman just staring at me and she made no attempt to come to the window to tell me the place was closed. So even though I might have to travel a little out of my way I will NOT be giving this Wendy's anymore of my business. I would think they would shut off the lights to the menu or at the very least put a sign out there saying sorry we are closed for renovations......... Anything really. Not that it matters since I am just one customer but I did go to this Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week for a breakfast sandwich. I am thoroughly disappointed with the...

I have never been treated with such disrespect at a restaurant in my entire life! I went to the drive thru and ordered about $25 worth of food for my family and the girl on the speaker acted as if everything i ordered was a major inconvenience to her day. I could practically hear her eyes roll with every exchange. I quickly realized that I had forgotten to order two frostys and when I did, a man came across the speaker saying "are you sure this time?" To which I said "really?" He then tried to play it off say he "was giving me a hard time" I quickly replied that I would just go elsewhere then. As I drove around, the employees were all staring out the window laughing and carrying on. This is the second and last time I have been treated so poorly at this restaurant. Some serious cleaning needs to be done here. We normally take the drive through so we don’t smell it. But only carry out was available today and when we walked in we were hit by the smell of sewage. Straight sewage. I don’t mind if it smells just bad, but this smell was the distinct smell of sewage. A smell of sewage should never be prominent in a place where food is prepped, cooked and sold. Please clean your restaurant.

Our fries were made fresh and our order was out quickly. The food we received was good, but the lobby as other reviews have stated is quite dirty. The tables have smears and grease on them and the floor is sticky in some places. However, people need to consider the fact that although the food tastes good, there is something at this restaurant that smells heavily of sewage.
