Casey's — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

So gave this store yet another chance started on Monday August 2nd, went to get gas at 630 abd surprise, out of gas again so went to Kum n Go. Went in tonight to get diesel, all pumps seem to be working, got my diesel and when imy receipt printed it just put out blank paper.. i went in and before I even said anything employee laughed and said will you git to be on pump 1 or 8 cause they are out if ink.. i cant believe thus...thus us even after the regional manager called me and said she was talking to the nabager..so it either didn't happen or thus manager just doesn't care. Unbelievable...

There pump price and electronic sign are never the same. This happened again tonight. Twice last week I had to go in for receipt. Tonight not only us the price higher on the 3 pumps that qere functional but over two thirds of the pumps had bags on them. Totally need need new management at...

Frankly, I'm shocked and disgusted. Worst Casey's location in Sioux Falls. Shockingly lazy employees. Left day old sandwiches on the shelf for customers to unwittingly purchase because they couldn't be bothered. Didn't bother to keep the ice cream machine cleaned or stocked. They will do anything to avoid having to actually do anything. Where is management? And what do you mean no ovens working so no hot food for anybody? Try to ask a question or bring up a concern and they will shrug and sideline you. Zero Stars for the inevitable food poisoning and the entire staff needing to be fired...

Food is good but customer service is somewhat questionable. I have been buying from this Casey's since it opened. But lately,I never get to have my receipt. I know you earn points when you buy pizza and I feel like customers deserve those points because it's our money. But cashiers print duplicate receipts and take the original with barcode on it. Is that a new policy they are following or pure robbery? I feel like that is not fair. I should take my business somewhere else and not recommend...
