I am writing this on behalf of my parents regarding their recent experience at the CVS inside Target. My mother URGENTLY needed her medication, yet instead of being given clear and accurate information, my father was repeatedly told on multiple visits that the prescription was either not ready or not available, with no clear timeframe. After days of this, he finally called another CVS to request a transfer. That location confirmed the medication was already in stock at the original store. Only after this was pointed out did the original CVS notify my mother that she could pick it up that same day. Inexcusable.

The first time a sign said it was a staffing issue, and the second time it just said, sorry we are closed. I had received a text that a prescription was ready two hours before I came, and arrived three hours before it should close.
