Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

Went to pizza hut for a big dinner box because I received a coupon in the mail. Upon my arrival, I presented the coupon. Once I paid, I asked for a receipt. At this point the cashier decided to tell me that I wasn't receiving the coupon price posted because I had ordered a specialty pizza. I explained that I had ordered a pepperoni and a sausage pizza. The cashier disappeared into the back for around 2-3 minutes. Then, what I assume was the manager, came to the window and asked, "do you not want the pizza, or what?" I again explained that I had brought a coupon and didn't receive the price listed. The manager told me that I ordered a specialty pizza. Looking back at the receipt, I had accidentally picked the pepperoni lovers pizza. Having realized my mistake, I would have been completely fine paying the new total. However, there were an average amount of pepperoni on this pizza. I have ordered from the hut before and this one certainly didn't seem to have an excess of pepperoni. With no attempt to remedy the situation or provide any actual customer service, the manager handed me the box that hadn't been closed properly. I placed an order online with gift cards. Everything looked like it process fine but when I was ready to pick up the food at the store, they informed me at the desk, their system is not compatible and the gift cards did not process. I also arrived on time 15 minutes, after the order when it said it should be complete. The board said it was ready for pick up, but they were so short staffed. They were ignoring everybody at the pick up window, the telephone and the front desk. I and six other guests waited 20+ minutes before I could even pick up my pizza. I had ordered two additional sides of wings and did not realize the container they put the wings in only gave me one order. I tried to go back but the people in front of me waiting inside said they had been there 30 minutes so I decided it was not worth my time. I will say the staff looked like they were working very hard to keep up all two of them but they did not have the staffing and support needed to accommodate the influx of orders. If I could give no stars I would, such a horrible experience. The store was short staffed which I get can cause delays but there was an unwillingness to address the customers in the store or drive through. There were 3 people behind the counter one guy who was doing nothing at all and two that would just disappear all the time. I waited in the drive through then in the store for a combined hour. All their warmers and delivery warmers were full pending pick up. Their oven was over flowing because they had no warmer space. Here's the solution to the issue to clear up space, address the 15 plus customers in the store and the 7 plus cars in the drive through. My food sat in a warmer for that entire hour, had they just checked in with the customers their overflow issue would have been fixed. To top it off the food which was lack luster after sitting in a heat warmer for an hour had hair...
