Made it there around 9pm, and had to wait a while to be seated even though the place was pretty empty. Waitress looked at us when we sat down and I got up a few minutes later to run to the restroom, walked by her and she said "oh I'm sorry I didn't see you guys sitting there" came back a few minutes later and had to wait almost 10 minutes for our drinks to come out, it was a kids milk, a fountain pop and a bottle of beer. Waitress didn't ask if we were ready to order she just walked away, 2 more tables got seated after us and had fairly prompt service from the same waitress, she took their orders before even coming to our table to get our order, and she walked past us at least 3 times, our menus were closed and we looked at her every time she walked past but she never stopped to take our order. We made our order finally at 930pm our food didn't come out until after 10pm, she asked if my daughter's order should come out as an appetizer so it would come out sooner and it came out at 10 and the 2 orders of boneless wings came out not even 5 minutes later, I ordered a side of fries which didn't come out. Our waitress didn't even bring out our food, her and the other 4 waitresses working were standing in the kiosk area talking and looking around the entire time. She finally came over at 1015 and said "how is everything? Aside from the crappy service?" Neither of us answered and I said I ordered a side of fries that never came out, she "went to check" and the fries came out not even 10 minutes later and they were so hard I couldn't even eat them. We didn't get our check until 1040, we'd been sitting there not eating for about 10 minutes and once again she walked by us numerous times without saying anything, once asked if we needed a box I said yea and she didn't say another word to us until after she brought back the receipt for me to sign. Then she tried making an excuse for the crappy service stating it was because they didn't know when the fight was going to start (mma fight on tv) and said she heard 7 and after that I couldn't understand her. Shouldn't have mattered, we didn't get there until after 9 and the fact that her and the other waitresses stood around looking at all the customers and couldn't be bothered to actually check on anyone, who taught these girls how to waitress? I saw the manager twice and she looked younger than me, she talked to 2 tables that we're obviously angry, never went to speak to her workers and then disappeared for the remainder of the time we were there. I've never not left a tip but these girls definitely didn't deserve it. I was also watching the one girl that was cleaning tables, slow or not tables should be cleaned in a timely manner, this girl took 20 minutes to slowly clean 1 set of tables that had been pushed together and I starred at another table that still had 4 tall beer glasses and the check sitting on the table when we left, the table was empty and dirty when we got there and over an hour later it was still not cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous, somebody at that place needs to up their standards of their staff and customer...
Read moreMixed feelings here... Placed an order online and made the mistake of not logging in--I just gave my cc# and placed the order. After I placed it, it showed an ETA of nearly two hours!! I'm not waiting two hours to get 10 wings. So I called BW3, someone picked up the phone and immediately placed me on hold--no greeting or anything. How tough is it just to say, Buffalo Wild Wings, this is so-and-so, can you hold please? Anyway, irritated about that for starters. But then they say they can't find my order and I have to call Doordash. Ok...fine. So I call Doordash and they can't find it either because I wasn't given an order number. They tell me to call Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office. Are you kidding me?? Just to cancel a stinking $20 order?! So I did...I still don't have a lot of confidence that it will be cancelled. The person I spoke to was clearly in India--not that there's anything wrong with that--but at what point do I get to just talk to someone that can actually help. Three phone calls and 30 minutes of my time just to open a ticket to possibly resolve my issue. Sheesh.
Saving grace and a one star review is that I have been inside the restaurant three other times. One time excellent, the other time the food took forever but the service was good and the food was at least hot when it finally did arrive, and the most recent time the service was pretty good so I can't fault the restaurant itself, but the whole ordering process is something I will never go through again--or if I do I'll make sure I'm signed in to both BW3 AND Doordash so I have some record of the order other than just an e-mail confirmation with no order number on it.
EDIT: Update - Of course my food was delivered and I wasn't there. When I got back and one of my staff said Doordash dropped off food, I looked and sure enough, cold wings (and 9 of them, not 10...not sure if that was Doordash or BW3) and my order was NOT cancelled. I called the store and spoke with Summer and she researched it, called me back and acknowledged that there was an issue on the website that wasn't allowing me to cancel. She is sending a gift card for the amount of the order. She handled things very well and the Doordash rep was very helpful as well despite not being able to cancel the order. Next time I'll be sure to be signed in so I have a way of tracking things. The whole thing was a mess but at the end of the day it was a learning experience and they are making things right. She offered a full refund but I would have to wait a day for the transaction to post; I chose to get the gift card instead since I will be back. ...

Had many complaints. Was going to tell the manager, but she was no where to be seen most of the time.
Started off strange, as the group that walked in after us was seated first. Not a huge deal, we weren't long after (maybe 2 minutes?) but we noticed.
Seated us on the east side of the main area at a table, we had 3 kids, tables work best for us, thanks!
Server (Payton) was there immediately, asked for drinks, got them quickly, took our order right away. Well done!
Food came fairly quick - 10 minutes maybe? Had the wrong sauce on the wings. They had it corrected within probably a minute. Well done!
Server didn't bring baskets/napkins/silverware. This is where it started going down hill. My Wife got up and asked the take out people for things. They simply stared at her like "Um that's not my job". They said they would tell our server.
Meanwhile, our server was busy busing tables, sweeping the floor, getting refills, etc. She. Was. Busy. Hard working girl. Don't hold it against her at all that she forgot 1 step with all the things she was running around doing. All while we watched nearly every other employee in the joint stand around and banter with each other. When the kitchen door swung open, there must have been 7-8 employees back there, one guy hanging on a younger server girl back there, which looked quite inappropriate.
Ran out of water, took FOREVER to get refills. Not because our server wasn't working however, she was refilling the drink station with clean glasses, while the 2 take out people continued standing there doing absolutely zilch. Then our server took out the trash. Take out people continue doing nothing. She went back and put a fresh bag in it after she ran the trash out. You guessed it. Take out people continued just doing, yep, nothing!
Food was fine, they fixed their mix up quickly, our server was slow to get refills but it's because she was doing so many other tasks. Had some of the employees that were literally doing absolutely nothing helped out even slightly, the service would have been top notch, she really was working her butt off.
I gave 2 stars because the food was good, however a mistake was made in our order. Service could have been better had it been a better effort by the 10-15 employees that were not helping with anything.
We will probably go to one of the other locations next time. Service has always been better at...
