One of the worst scooters I’ve been to in town. I’ve had lots of drinks made wrong but always just brushed it under the rug but today was just completely a new level of outrageous. I had my boyfriend pick up a watermelon cucumber with greentea/lemonade in a large cup. He even showed the text I sent him to them and charged for L Quencher and L Lemonade. I called to get it sort out and they right away said that it was his fault and that there wasn’t good communication. I just asked for ONE drink they work at a coffee store, it’s not that hard to comprehend. As I pull up to their store for the refund they automatically had an attitude and was talking about us and making side comments Cole said “I’ve never had to deal with a situation like this “ as the other two girls laughed. The one that issued a refund for just the lemonade was the assistant manger as she stated named ASH. One thing I do just want to express is paying full attention to the drink orders! I’m a new onset type 1 diabetic and my biggest fear is baristas not using the sugar free syrup. Unfortunately, that fear did come true this morning at this location. I noticed my sugar levels spiking early enough though and everything turned out okay! There’s a lot more dietary restrictions in the world today and it could potentially put someone’s life in danger.
