Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I would have preferred to message privately to give the a heads up on this constant issue, but the messages are shut off on their facebook page.

I love that this shop is in the neighborhood, but three times in a row there was a problem with my order. I feel like the person who is taking the orders is either trying to multi-task too many things are is just plain not listening.

Today I repeated my order twice. I order it in full the first time, then again when she asked me each item again - size, flavor, ice/frozen, etc. because she obviously wasn't listening when I gave my original order. Only to still have my order be wrong. I ordered a sugar free smashberry. It was definately not sugar free. I liked that you offer the sugarfree option and that was a huge perk for me driving out of my way to go there. But I can't drink sugar, so it was dumped out, again. This was the 2nd time I've had that happen. Another time I repeated three times not to heat a pastry only to receive it hot.

I try to give places the benefit of the doubt when they first open, but it's been a waste mutiple times now, so I'm done.

Also, the blaring Christian music is a turn off in the drive through when it's so loud I can hear it over...

Overall, disappointed....again. Everyone has their preferences on tastes so I kept the food stars at 4 because overall the drink wasn't bad. What my experience was lacking was customer service. My sister flew in to visit and we thought a nice walk to the coffee shop for a blended drink would be a nice start to the visit. We know we don't like super sweet so we requested half sweetness. Our drinks were sweeeet. Really not drinkable. I shared our thoughts with cashier and suggested if we had some just plain coffee to mix in then it would help. She gave us some cold brew......for an additional $4. I understand needing to run a business and not give things away but we also paid a lot for something that really wasn't what we asked for and paid to then...

I have just recently visited this establishment, the food is above par, if u get a chance try the chocolate chip banana bread, also the drinks are delectable, as well if u have a chance, and a little bit of a sweet tooth, try the cookies and cream blender, will leave u both in a better mood, aswell as satisfying your sweet cravings, now the staff, like I mentioned previous, I only have been a couple times, but the few times I visited the establishment Called "ziggi's" I was tread with the upmost respect and kindness, even when they are having a bad day, I'm sure you will leave with a smile, and a drink, all in all my favorite places to grab a drink, and or some food, thank you all establishment...
