Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Siren

Genuinely my worst experience at any restaurant. I’ve been here several times & it’s been fine, but I went in with a friend recently and while it was close to closing (about thirty to twenty minutes before) that’s no excuse for the employees to be so rude. They were very uninterested in taking our order and didn’t even welcome us to the restaurant. Rather than say thank you or anything of the sort, they told us very firmly and with great annoyance after our order that would be a while (yet it was out in less than ten minutes at the most). One employee threatened to fight another employee while we were there. Joking or not, not something a customer should have to hear and definitely not a nice environment to be in. Overall just a very bad experience. Simply wanted a late night meal after a long day and did not get the service expected of a decent restaurant. Won’t be going here with those employees there for a while. Employees we had an issue with were named Liz and Tina, I believe. Would not recommend unless different staff is working...

We stopped at your restaurant on Thursday July 8th around 4pm. I ordered a 6 piece honey bbq chicken tenders, a 4 piece chicken tenders and 2 orders it pretzel sticks. When I got the order I was only given 1 order of the pretzel sticks. I called into the restaurant and let them know and I was told she must have not heard me because I was only charged for 1. Kind of ridiculous to pay for 1 order when the deal was on 2 but whatever. Our chicken was very overdone and crunchy as well. Very disappointing. We have never had a problem here before so this really surprised me. Maybe it's time to open the store back up so things like this...

Fast and great service! Manager on duty today(9/2) was also exceptional during a very busy lunch rush. We ordered our 4 meals to go, were walking out to our truck to get the kids in, he ran walked out after us and asked us to check to make sure we got a correct burger in our son's kids meal. Ends up, we didn't. We were very thankful for his attentiveness because had we gotten on the road with a burger full of mustard and pickles, there is no way our very picky eater would have touched it making the rest of our 2 hour trip home, a long one.
