Disappointed and Frustrated â Lunch Break Wasted.
I donât usually leave bad reviews, and it bothers me when I have to, but this Burger King visit left me too frustrated to stay quiet. This is the 3rd time that I have had something like this happen to me here.
I only get 30 minutes for lunch, and this Burger King is literally 2 minutes awayâmaybe 5 minutes max by the time I walk to my car. I figured it would be quick and easy. I was wrong.
I ordered an Impossible Whopper with cheese (cut in half), onion rings instead of fries, and a Hi-C orange. Sounds simple, right?
Well, the drive-thru was extremely slow. After placing my order, I was asked to pull forwardâwhich I understand if food is being made fresh. But there was already a truck waiting ahead of me. Eventually, a worker brought out JUST the drink, and it wasnât even what I ordered. Apparently they were out of Hi-C and substituted a Sprite without telling me. It tasted weirdâpossibly diet. So I went inside to have it changed... and my food still wasnât ready.
Six cars came and left before I even got my sandwich. Then they tell me they hadnât dropped any onion rings yet, and that would take another 5 minutes. Now here's where it really gets uncomfortable: the manager was loudly fussing at the workers, calling them âincompetentâ and âslowâ (not as in speed). Listen, I was mad tooâbut yelling like that, in front of customers, was unprofessional and honestly embarrassingâfor her and the staff. Thatâs not leadership.
At that point, I had to settle for fries or risk being late getting back to work. No onion rings, even though I waited well over 20 minutes. When I finally opened my bag, the Impossible Whopper was missing the cheeseâbut guess what? I was charged for it.
Theyâve clearly remodeled the inside of the restaurant, which is nice... but maybe focus on retraining your staff before you invest in tile and lighting. A good experience doesnât start with pretty wallsâit starts with decent service and accurate orders.
I wonât be back to this location. A 2-minute drive should never turn into a full lunch break wasted and leave me walking back into work annoyed, hungry,...
   Read moreLet's start with the fact that I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. No big deal! But when people behind me are leaving, when I didnt order much is unacceptable. Time goes by and a lady comes out and says I'm sorry for the wait I'm gonna give you extra fries for waiting so long. So in my head im thinking "okay great, shes actually acknowledging that I've been here for a minute. Again time goes by, and another woman comes out, with my food, but only half of it. I go in to retrieve the fries that go with my meal. Which is messed up because I didnt even get the fries the other lady said she was gonna give me. Finally done with the expedition. I get home, sot down to eat and to my surprise, the spicy chicken sandwich did not have any mayo, nor did it have the tomatoes that go on it. Lets keep in mind I paid extra $ to make this meal a large. There are times when orders are made correctly, and times when they arent. There are times when food is distributed quick, and most times it isnt. I work in a restaurant, and I know what quality and quantity is about, and I know the kitchen can be a war zone when business arises. But there is no excuse when there is hardly any business, and you got about 6 people working to get about 4 cars their food. To sum it up, don't waste time or money here. 8/10 you'll be walking inside to claim the rest...
   Read moreIt was terrible waited for 10 minute for someone take my order coming from a long trip from Florida to Texas. we was so hungry stopping there was a big mistake. Employee sitting in the office.2 other employees just talking complaining about someone not doing there job.something that a customer don't need to hear there complaints we was totally ignored..after 10 minutes this lady comes takes our order barley wanted to take it making faces..I asked for ice that the soda machine didn't had ice she totally ignore me I asked for something to get me some ketchup to eat in, & she just gave ketchup packages.. I asked for ice once again! no one listen I was totally ignore there where to busy chatting đĄ once I saw this young gentleman cleaning the lobby I asked him for ice he was nice enough to get me some..the rest of the employees where a disappointed of the rest of the crewđ never again I will stop in that Burger King. Need some better employees and Manager.. lucky that I'm even give them 2 star only cause of that nice gentleman very hard working young boy..the rest where just not helpful & doing nothing....
