Jazzy Pete's Poboys — Restaurant in Slidell

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. This place is amazing!! I would recommend anyone to check this place out. To grab a bite or take it out to go. Like I haven’t ever had southern food before. I came all the way from California to try this place. I heard this place is one of the most popular food places to try and the food is fresh and high quality like a Michelin-starred restaurant. The hospitality and the service was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. It didn’t take long to get our food it was so fast. The Food was phenomenal!! exceeding my expectations. The drinks and food was so fresh and tasted like high quality ingredients. The Efficiency and punctuality of our server was very knowledgeable about the food and products. Was able to answer all my questions about what is in each dish or drink. Our waitress was always checking on us and making sure if we needed anything. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I didn’t feel like a transaction or number. It was worth the price. Pricing was fair and transparent definitely value for money. Like the atmosphere and restaurant was put together so great. Showing and showcasing the history of town and the culture Cajun, Zydeco, blues, and jazz. The cleanliness of the restaurant was tip top shape. Shows that they care about customers health. Well-maintained furniture and a positive ambiance, and making me feel comfortable and welcomed, for me to encourage recommend any one to go here. I’m glad I made a trip to come eat at such an amazing restaurant. If I could give this restaurant 1 million stars I would. Thank you for making it a memorable experience. I definitely will be...

We had a girls Friday out. Ordered the fries, shrimp..shrimp Po boy..cord blue poboy.....all good except the curry pasta and red beans.

Curry pasta wasn't hitting the spot. It's either we've never had it w pasta or it might be better with a different one other then fettuccine. It was spicy but... Idk..we won't order it again.

Red beans was more like frozen..water added, popped in the microwave. No taste really but was very plentiful in sausage n beans as an side.

The fries..shrimp were huge and flavorful. So we're the po boys. Absolutely delicious.

Drinks are great too don't get me wrong they aren't over done so it's enjoyable. U'll be able to drive.:)

Great waitresses..only two and they were doing a great job. The locations prices suggests 25% tips... This I like bec our waitstaff deserves to get paid given the short staffing and how much we are eating out now. It's a lil pricey but.. everything everywhere is. Gone is the 7.50 poboy. Not gonna...

Went through the drive thru. The wait was entirely to long. The food was delicious but service was awful. 2 windows but they only used 1. One cashier that also took orders for both the drive thru and counter and ran around looking for her orders. About 6 other people behind the counter that bumping into each and couldn't locate orders. Noticed when they finally realized why my order wasn't coming out because it was under the heat lamp set aside for the customers at the tables. Ppl started driving off from behind me because the were aggravated and i could see the aggravation on a customers face that was seated inside as well as a customer standing at the counter. Finally get my food and arrive home to eat and the container holding my gumbo wasn't closed all the way so all the juice dumped in the bag. But I did still have my pasta dish soooo. Yeah not sure I'll return during this Lenten season because I think they were...
