This is nothing towards the staff whatsoever because all of the girls in the back were really kind every time and so was the actual Orthodontist. I know theyâre just doing what they are told to do. At first, I really loved the smile Doctors and I even remember going there myself as a child and loving it however, I feel like since they have gotten so large now that all they care about is you paying them And definitely once your payments are made and you donât owe them any money I felt like they felt like they didnât owe me anything even though my sonâs teeth were not done once my total was done being paid because until then, God help if you miss a payment or got a new debit card and needed to change it information, they blow your phone up in all about talking to you then or when your new patient and theyâre trying to get you to sign their contracts to pay them thousands of dollars to âstraightenâ your kids teeth. Like they pretty much just didnât care whether he had straight teeth or not which they are still not done and they failed to mention how I would have to spend an additional $1500 with the Dentist for his smile to be straight, and even look somewhat decent. My son was so devastated when they took them off. He was like my smile is no better than it was before.which I just got done paying them for I donât recommend them definitely using someone else with my daughter. My son is so embarrassed still be his smile he wouldnât even let me take a picture to add either the post.    Read moreApparently there was an issue with my insurance. I was told that I had a $1000 balance when I showed up for my second appointmentâŚ.that was the first time I had heard of the issue. I went to the backâŚgot my bottom braces and went to the desk to check out. At that point I was told I couldnât make my next appointment until the balance was paid. I told the receptionist I would like to speak to someone about adding it to the monthly paymentsâŚâŚ.the young lady went to the back office and came back and told me it would be such and such amount a month. I insisted on speaking with someone about updating paperwork and such. Long story short â no one from the back office had time to speak to me. No one even came out to offer to see me at another time or offer to give me a call. The interesting part is that they had all the time in the world when they were trying to get me to come in the office to get me signed up for treatment after the consultation. I received multiple calls and texts back then. It was extremely disappointing to be cast aside and not even given a second thought. Itâs cool though. I gave 3 stars because the doctor and individuals actually performing the treatments have done a good job. The whole experience has to be right for me to give my recommendation for an establishment though. Both of my children are going to need bracesâŚ.I know where they wonât be going...

Called for a consultation for my daughter, and the young lady who I spoke with, kept pushing for me to bring $500+ dollars with me upon our first consultation, so that we could get braces on my 9 year old that day. After I explained that she still had 10 baby teeth, and needed two molars pulled because there were no permanent teeth under them to push them out, she said that's no problem, they could still do them that day, and if I would lose the discount if I waited. I got the impression that this place is more about the money than over all well being of my child's oral health. I completely understand, it is a business, and yes, it is a service and payment is expected, that is perfectly fine, but when you have never seen my child how can you insist she need braces that day?
