Subway — Restaurant in Slidell

Online it says they are open on Sundays until 9pm. I placed a order online at 8:20pm that says will be ready for pick up at 8:40pm. I arrive at 8:35pm and I walk in, the girl working is just standing at the register talking to the gas station employee. I walk up and state that I am here for a pick up order. She looks at me and says we close at 8pm. I tell her that I already paid online and it says they are open until nine. She catches an attitude and states that is wrong. I ask her to go ahead and refund me my $20 then, she states she can't and that I must cancel online. I attempt to do that online and also call customer service, but when you call they say everything is done online. After finally finding a link to customer service for online orders, I have sent several emails asking for my refund since Sunday night and I have still heard nothing back. I have also attempted to call the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. I will never bring them my business and I will continue to harass them until they give me my money back. There was one employee, in the back. I had to ask the young man to get her to come out. He comes back & says "she's prepping". I politely asked could he ask her to step out for a sec. She comes out & explains, "I'm sorry ma'am, I'm prepping & it takes a while". Then suggested that I drive to the nearest Subway. Ummmmm NO! I personally, would have made a customer's sandwich (Prepping whatever item I needed for that particular customer) and after serving my customer, I would've continued prepping. PERIOD!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY NEED TO CLOSE IF THEY CAN'T KEEP 2 EMPLOYEES AT EACH SHIFT TIME TO TAKE CARE OF...

Apparently it’s my fault for not preemptively telling the lady that I’m lactose intolerant before she just smothers the sandwich in cheese I never asked for and when I tell her I can’t eat cheese she proceeds to try to remove the melting cheese from the sandwich and when I tell her I cannot eat that and she’d have to remake it, she catches an attitude and tells me “I should’ve told her before hand” - no no, you shouldn’t add something that was never requested… I hope she’ll be nicer to other people and will google what lactose...
