Taco Bell — Restaurant in Slidell

You always wanna check your stuff when going through the drive-through at this particular location. They don't ever seem to be listening sure they say OK and yes sir ,but then totally screw up your order even though it's on the menu screen correctly , like putting lettuce on something you ask them not too and then look at you stupid when you bring it back and ask them to fix it. It only seems to happen at this one regularly it is the 1 on my exit and I use it frequently and it's a constant. This is now about 8 months later actually had a good experience which is a surprise manager on duty seemed to know what was going on and had the place running Tip Top in fact this was probably the best Taco Bell experience I've had ever! The food was great , the service was great unfortunately this has not been my normal experience here! I will however repost and give them more stars if it continues I moved it up from 1 to 2 because like I said exceptional this time. It is the first time though out of many times things went smoothly that I have been disappointed with this location since it's on my exit it's been an understatement I have been told they're out of taco meat. I said good thing I'm ordering the chicken then! They told me they were out of shells I didn't said well I'll take the soft shells charge me extra for them! Right at about 10 cents a Taco and with a family of four that adds up . My food has been incorrect on numerous occasions not the right quantity in the bag, made incorrectly, soggy and leaking through the bag, not even wrapped up correctly Spilled out all over the bag, got a freeze drink in which the lid came off when she handed it to me through the window spilled all over me and the cashier laughed. In the beginning fast food was over half an hour being delivered that's just unacceptable. Also several of these times they gave me no receipt for my food it's a lucky thing it was on a credit card cuz I was able to have it on my phone 2 show them or they wouldn't have took my word for it. They actually added each item up that I had ordered to make sure it matched the total on my receipt before they would discuss fixing it! I sure hope the new manager keeps these guys whipped into shape because they were just running Ram shod over the prior management one night late night I had one of them blow one of those giant Vape cigarettes out the window into my car smelled like Fruity Pebbles, smiled at me and asked me if I needed some sauce with that order I said no I'm good then got on a cell phone and played a game until my order was ready. Had a horrible experience tonight! There is a sign at register to use kiosk so we use the kiosk and place a order of more than 50. In food only to have them call us up and tell us they don't have any soft taco shells so they can't make several items and they can't refund our order because we used the kiosk that they ask you to use. They can't use burrito wraps because they are the wrong size or any other wrap. Very disappointed. Many of our other items were made completely wrong also. Please provide your management tasks with proper training to be able to handle these situations. There is absolutely no reason why if they are going to make you order from a kiosk that they shouldn't be able to refund my money or at the very least provide a gift card or some sort of compensation to correct for the money we spent for food we did not get. That is very wrong please train staff to handle these situations it's bad enough that a customer has to come in and take their own order on a kiosk because employees who actually have a job there can not take your orders, no sign telling you not to order things that use soft taco size shells or whatever they may be out of and then to basically be robbed of your money because they can not...
