If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had. This was literally throwing good money away by stopping at this establishment. Service was terrible. I was directed into a parking space. Then I was forgotten about. The first time a server came to the window of my vehicle she asked what can I get you. I replied I don’t even know what you have. Oh let me get you a menu then she runs off to only god knows where. Serious less than 30 seconds at my window. Then the guy that is directing traffic with the radio in his hand try’s to get me to leave at least 3 times. I had to tell him multiple times I haven’t even had my order taken. Does he do anything about it. Nope. Mind you he is the person that put me in the parking space and taking the orders by calling them in over the radio. Then him and the girl come to the window. Think they are taking my order. Nope wrong again. They discussed how they hadn’t taken my order. Think I’m kidding I only wish. Off again they go. Taking other people’s orders. People that pulled in way after me. So finally after more than 20 minutes of sitting in a parking space that I didn’t asked to be put in they come to my window. I was asked have you wrote your order down. Excuse me? Nobody has said that I needed to do that. The girl is like I got a pen and paper I can take it. Tell them my order. Tell them both multiple times no sauce. Then they both disappear with my card. The guy with radio comes back after I got my card but no food and asked did I need help backing out of my spot. What????? Seriously you can’t make this up. I finally get my food and back out without any assistance needed. Leave there to discover that I have fries coated with any entire box of salt. Maybe just maybe this burger is right. Nope I was given a soup sandwich. This burger had so much sauce on it that it was drench and going everywhere. Beyond mad at this point but I refuse to turn around. Call the manager. And the first thing I say is I’m not coming back. That’s all they kept telling me to do. You can’t make that experience right. Read moreI requested no salt on my fries due to my doctor's advise. Reduce sodium. Our burgers were ready sitting on the counter. I walked up to wait on the fries. The manager told the cashier to remove the fries from the warmer and put them back in the grease. She didn't know I was right there at the counter. I told them I no longer wanted to eat and needed a refund.
They had the cashier come to the dinning area to let me know my refund was completed. No receipt or proof. I told the cashier I wasn't leaving till I had proof of the refund. She went back to management and brought back a note book. I said no, I need a receipt. The manager created a receipt and put the reason for the refund was I changed my mind.
I had the cashier take it back and have them write the real reason. THEY RE-DIPPED MY FRENCH FRIES IN THE GREASE TO REMOVE SALT🥴. The other manager refused to write her name on the ticket, "Terri."
Thank you Angel for stepping up to the plate doing management work! I highly recommend Angel for a shift lead. She was empathic, understanding, calm and honest. The two night managers did not come to say sorry or address the issue.
