Hometown was selected by our warranty company to diagnose and repair our lawnmower. Instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the mower, the mechanic decided to replace parts one at a time and fix by trial and error. We were told that our mower would be fixed this past Thursday. We never received a call back and called on Saturday. We were originally informed that the mower was repaired and would be returned the same day.
