Beware! False advertising, bait and switch, and generally unprofessional behavior financially, mixed with amazing ice cream treats and a wonderful atmosphere will be found here. I want to love this place, but realized they ripped me off both times I went, over 3 separate sales. One of these times was a party of 8! They have a TV menu on the wall featuring items and prices, and a tiny paper flip menu on the counter. The flip menu, that of course nobody would have ANY reason to look at, has higher prices listed for every item. The square register they use for credit does not itemize your bill so you can look at it ahead of paying, and asks for tips, so it's easy to miss an over charge. The last sale was for 2 cookies, advertised boldly for 1.50 each. When paid, my wife handed a $5, and was given a quarter change. That's what tipped us off. When questioned, they told us they have 2 sizes of cookie, and they were out of the small ones. That was completely bogus, as there was not even a spot for 2 sizes. They offered to return the cookies, but wouldn't sell for the price advertised. When we got home, I checked my itemized receipts in my email, and found out they charged us higher prices on EVERYTHING both visits. Makes me wonder very much what else they may be cheating on. Omg! The ice cream there was off-the-hook. I've literally never tasted anything better. It was recommended to us by a very nice woman we met at one of our stops in Pennsylvania. She asked where we were staying and immeditely recommended the shop to us. They had so many exotic flavors like Lucuma, Mamey, Guava, Tamarind, Passion fruit,...etc. to name a few. The prices were very reasonable and the portion you receive on your scoop is a great value. The customer service was warm and attentive. They use real fruit as well. I purchased a triple scoop of Passion Fruit, Blackberry Cream and Lucuma on a waffle cone. I took a picture of it before I dove in. Literally I was in ice cream heaven ! You will be as well . The flavors were outstanding. While licking I was already planning a return trip the next day for another triple scoop on a waffle cone. All in all I returned twice the next couple of days. I was hooked to say the least. I ordered 9 different flavors in all and every flavor was better than the last. Since then I've been raving about it to my family, friends and colleagues at work. I'll be heading back there very soon and this time I will definitely save some space every day in my stomach for Llama Ice Cream. I hope I wasn't too loquacious in this well deserved...
