Read moreThis is the first review I have ever written. I was so taken aback by the atrocious service that I needed to share our experience. We were on a family vacation at the Wyndham less than one mile from Saen Thai. We ordered take-out to enjoy our food outside on the picnic tables at the resort. Upon returning to the resort, my husband pulled something chewy out of his mouth. The bottom band of a latex glove had gotten mixed into his pad thai. Appalled by the discovery, we returned to the restaurant and asked for a refund. The lady at the front was rude and unapologetic. She suggested that we put the glove in the food ourselves and threatened to call the police. They were only going to refund the $15 for the pad thai even though I refused to eat any of the food after finding the glove. They kept the pad thai and asked us to go back to the resort and get all of the food before they issued any kind of refund. On our third trip back to the restaurant, they finally refunded our money for the order. The owner did seem apologetic and was the one who finally issued the refund. However, at that point we were shocked from being treated so poorly by the lady at the front desk after my husband had to deal with chewing on what we can only assume was a used...
