Do yourself a favor and DON'T go to this restaurant.
My family decided last night to order from this Domino's because it was a new establishment in our community and I always like to support new local businesses. We placed our order over the phone and decided to go in and pick up our order. We went in, paid our bill, and continued to wait for our order. We paid around $32 for our meal. We never received our receipt, and was not offered one. While waiting, we decided to buy some dipping sauces. When we went to pay for them, the employee told us he was only charging us an extra $2, and at that point gave us our original receipt for the $32. We never received any other receipt, and was never offered one. We got our food and went on our way home.
This morning I checked our bank account, and saw that we were charged the original $32 PLUS an extra $34. So, we were to assume we were charged twice. I went back to their business to receive our money back and their employee continued to give us our money back from the register. This is where things started to turn....About an hour later we received about 7 phone calls from the Domino's general manager from this location saying that they didn't mean to give us the money back and that the money was already voided and returned back to our card. He continued to call and harass us until we came back to return the money. He said he would have the police come to our house if we didn't return the money. Over $32, that they mistakenly charged my account. He claims that the employee that helped us voided the original balance, but he NEVER told us that last night. I went back to this location and gave them the money, but will be coming back to get my money when my charges clear. There is nothing stating on my bank account of a voided transaction.
Even if by the off chance that the general manager was telling the truth and our charge was voided, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE because of the way this manager treated us. He continued to call and harass us until he got what he wanted. ANY business (new or old) would take the loss because of their uneducated employee and move on. To call us, on a Sunday, and treat us like this is uncalled for and will lose him more than...
Read moreI have a post from about a year ago but can’t figure out how to add onto it so I just started a new one. My review a year ago was less than flattering. I decided to give them a try and see if they were any better. I started reading Google reviews and there were a couple that said they don’t wear gloves. That has to be a joke, right? Well, before I gave them an or I asked about the glove thing. NOPE THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. The guy I spoke to said they were in and out of the ovens so they would end up changing gloves between every order...and that’s expensive. Also, Dominos does not require them to wear gloves. He also told me they only use gloves if someone has a bandaid or something like that. But they do wash their hands “fairly often” really? I don’t like it when my family washes their hands “fairly often” and have been known to stop them until they do wash their hands. I won’t go there until the policy changes. That’s just sick and wrong to work in public food service and not...
Read morePros: The pizza is quite good which is a pretty good compliment, coming from the guy that does not care for pizza that much.
Cons: I've had their chicken alfredo a few times and every time the chicken is bad. But I think what I like at least is when I come in to order pizza and pay with my debit card they solicit for a tip through the debit card machine asking how much I would like to leave for a tip. I'm not against tipping and I have tipped generously but this is not a restaurant where you are being waited on at a table or like a service company coming to your house doing extraordinary work I tip those kind of situations. I hate when anything when you go into places that ask for tips when they do not do the extra types service like when you have a table like I mentioned I wish they would revisit that. Also why would a person tip somebody when you haven't even had the service yet, you pay a tip based on quality of service but at Domino's you pay the tip first,...
