Wish there were ZERO stars. Dunkin Donuts Review for 639B, Greenville, R.I. location. 2/18/23 Line waited â 18 minutes. 2 cars waiting at window. 10 minutes 5 cars in front of me waiting to order. Line waited for both of these cars to leave before the next order was taken. After my order I waited an additional 11 minutes before I reached the window. That is a total of 29 minutes to get a coffee and croissant. When I got to the window, my order was cold. Coffee and Croissant Sandwich. Had to wait more time for them to redo my order. They did not offer me a receipt. I verbally complained to the 2 different employees at the window. I specifically let them know this was not their problem. This location is very poorly managed. The location manager needs to be replaced. She stayed out of sight of the window and let the 2 employees take the brunt of my complaint. I could have gone another 5 miles to the Apple Valley Smithfield location and returned home in less time. At least 3 times per week I drive by the Greenville location because the line is long and slow. I am sure this affects the profits to this location. This is not the first time this scenario of an extremely long wait has occurred in Greenville; always complaining on lack of staff. I have done some investigation into the staffing problem here. Quotes from different staff members: âShe is the manager from hell.â âPeople do not want to work for her.â âShe does not schedule enough staffâ There are some staff members who get to know their customers, are always pleasant, and try customers as if they are friends. Not the manager. NOTE: This location does not offer a note near the window asking, âHow are we doing?â or a phone number to call. The last two times I ordered my drink without ice as usual, paying $5.00 mind you, and they seem to have gotten it in their heads that they have the right to tell me Iâm not allowed to forego ice in my $5.00 drink. Iâm the paying customer, and itâs not my problem how much more product you use because I donât like ice in my drink. Itâs the companyâs responsibility to manage that while giving people what they want. You donât get to tell me no when I ask for NO ICE. Both times when I offered very reasonable solutions like ringing it as less ice and simply not putting the ice in, I got a dismissive âweâre not allowed to.â, as if thatâs an acceptable answer. I needed to use the restroom and she rudely told me she didnât want me going in because she just sprayed the bathroom, and that a customer went in there who wasnât supposed to . I understand she joking just cleaned, but , I wasnât going to make a mess and was about ready to have accident . She rudely responded I really donât want you in there.
