I am a regular at this dunkin, some of the workers are awesome but some others not so much. My order has been wrong the past couple of times and today I asked for cinnamon on top in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I got my coffee (with cold foam pouring out on the side of the cup) without cinnamon. I asked if she could just add the cinnamon that I requested and she rolled her eyes at me, scoffed, and said “No I am not doing that we are slammed”… (even though that’s how I ordered it originally). I can understand being busy but it was such a small request, and it’s how I ordered my coffee. Also, I have always tipped well at this Dunkin. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but she was so rude about it that I don’t think I will be coming...
Read moreSo here's a heads up guys acknowledging a customer at the counter even if your only running the drive thru will go a long way you dont just ignore the person at the counter because the drive thru is your priority and then after i say something you tell him he has to wait a minute after he already waited WITHOUT any acknowledgment people at the counter expect and deserve the same level of service as the drive thru we ar paying customers to. Some people don't belong in the service industry you know who you are, find another profession where you don't have to deal with the public Mr....
