I gave a 3 to level things off. I have visited with my friends for a couple of times last year and about 3 this year. Last year was my first time after hearing all the bad stuff from years ago. I was just not interested in going there. I went on my friends encouragement that this place was something special. Each time has been pretty nice. I agreed it was something special. I still think it is special but maybe not for me anymore. The wait staff are beautiful people! I can imagine how they are treated given the way we were, all for the buck! When I say we spend, we spend. But it only takes 1 bad time to lose me. We were treated so poorly yesterday I am not sure I will be back. I sat back quiet but in shock at how you went back and forth with one of our new guests as she was trying to understand your policies. Yes, she was a little tipsy but I am sure you could have handled that better than you did. That was an opportunity to teach, not act like you could not be bothered. I got the sense you did not even care about any of us. That makes me sad! A pandemic is not a reason to state things "is what it is", cop an attitude and walk away. Your establishment is lacking customer service. That is the most important piece to any place. Managers over talking you, not being clear and then being told that when you rent something they don't have to explain anything cause its all on the website. Poor customer service! Since when? Bad decisions under pressure were made after we spent between 500 and 600 for the day there. If you tell me you won't miss that kind of money, I say Bravo! You are not as bad off as you repeatedly claimed. And the next time it is someone's birthday, give the lady a drink. I felt pretty bad for my friend as she is a regular and is known to bring in many people and a lot of money. Unbelievable! Your response was exactly what I thought it would be. FOS! Apparently, the money does not matter. You just want to be right and...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Last Resort in Smithfield, RI, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This hidden gem offers a great escape, complete with a refreshing pool and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The pool area was a definite highlight. The water was pristine, and the entire space was well-maintained, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Taking a dip in the pool was incredibly refreshing, and the friendly vibes around the area added to the overall positive experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. The buffalo chicken pizza was an absolute treat. The combination of flavors was on point, with a satisfying kick of spice and a perfect balance of toppings. It's safe to say that the pizza not only satisfied my hunger but also added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

When it comes to the entry fee of $20, it's worth considering your plans for the day. While it may seem a bit steep, I found that it makes more sense if you're planning to spend a significant amount of time in the pool. If you're looking forward to soaking up the sun and enjoying the cool waters, the fee is well justified. However, if you're mainly there for the atmosphere and good company, it might be a bit on the higher side.

All in all, the Last Resort is a wonderful spot to spend quality time with friends and family. If you're looking to make the most of the pool and have a blast in the water, the $20 fee becomes much more reasonable. From the inviting pool to the delicious food, it's an experience that offers a perfect blend of relaxation...

I visited solo for the first time yesterday. I arrived, stressed out from work, tired and in dire need of a month long vacation. I left relaxed, satisfied and felt like I received exactly what I needed. The waitress was very attentive to my requests- whether for a pitcher of water, or for the calamari or for other beverages. The DJ hit the mark with several reggae songs from Bob Marley to Sizzla. Not too loud for comfort either, which was a nice surprise. The calamari was cooked perfectly and a very nice portion. I wish I knew their marinara recipe. The pool was nice although a bit chilly for some, but I found it to be the perfect tonic for my body- very refreshing and invigorating . I went in five times over 6 hours. The crowd was great. I spoke to several patrons and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Everyone was dancing and enjoying the beautiful sun, but it never got too crazy- just the right vibe. Honestly, I’m kicking myself for not going before- where else can you feel like you are at a pool in Vegas in RI? I honestly did not want to leave, but the evening band was setting up and checking microphones as the establishment reset itself for the evening non-pool segment of its day. This is the type of place where if you go once, you will always keep going. I give the place 5 stars across the board and my thanks! I really...

I could not say enough about the staff at The Last Resort and the facility as a whole. I held a private event there in early January. It was a surprise 40th for my husband. I started the event planning with Nick about two months in advance and he always answered every question, phone call and email. He also remembered every request, which I really appreciated! Lisa managed the event day of and Nicole and Justin worked the event. Every single staff member was amazing. I had so many crazy little details and Lisa, Nicole, and Justin were so accommodating. The drinks were great, and no one was ever waiting at the bar! The food was delicious and served exactly how I asked. I could not have selected a better venue for this party. Whether you are looking for a fun Saturday night out or a place to host your next event, I highly recommend The Last Resort!!

Got there right as the band was finishing. Tried to order food but the kitchen decided to only serve pizza. I just ordered a beer and watched the drunk people jump in the swimming pool. Service was ok for the 2 minutes that I interacted with a waitress. The food was a Zero, because I couldn't order anything. The atmosphere was probably the best attribute of this place. I would definitely try it again but maybe check the schedule of events first. Plenty of parking it's a big place and there was still lots of outdoor seating available. The inside was just as busy and they also had some seats available.
