Being a life-long resident of this area, I was VERY excited when this establishment first opened. Unfortunately each time we have went has been worse than the time before. We kept telling ourselves, "we will not be back," yet we have.

However, last night will be the very last time we waste our money there.

The restaurant was about half full, but it took nearly 10 minutes to get our soft drinks. We ordered an appetizer of cheese sticks. The menu states that there should have been 6, but there were only 4. When I asked where the other 2 where, I was told, "we got different ones this week, so we are only doing 4." When asked if there would be a discount since we didn't receive the total amount that we ordered, I was told "no, because these are better than the old ones."

The experience only got worse.

I ordered a Meat Lover's pizza, but immediately changed my and said to make it a sausage pizza instead. Our waitress responded with, "you can't do that, I've already put the order in." When I asked why it couldn't be changed, her response was "the pizza girl is a Mexican and she won't understand. She'll get confused." I told her to just cancel the entire order then. To which she responded, "I'll see what I can do."

The other order was for a cheese burger and loaded fries.

After nearly 40 minutes of waiting, with no drink refills, my pizza, sausage only arrives. The pizza itself wasn't THAT bad, but I've definitely had better. In fact, I've had better ones at this establishment before.

10 mins later, the burger had still not arrived. When asked, the waitress went to the window and brought back a burger that looked like it had been waiting for HOURS. The toppings were shriveled and cold. The fries were unrecognizable. It was a disaster.

I asked for the check. Our appetizer had been discounted. A whole 80 CENTS!!!!

I got charged for a Meat Lover's pizza, although I only got sausage. When asked why I got charged for the wrong thing, the response was "it just is what it is."

I promptly asked for the manager. Response? "We don't have one tonight."

It was all I could do not to make a scene. But after being there for nearly TWO HOURS, we just wanted to leave.

People wonder why small businesses are suffering and why customer service is at an all time low? Situations and establishments like...

The wife and I have been wanting to try this since she saw it on Facebook.

I was greeted by a huge smiling girl named Gabby who immediately greeted me by name. That’s a win right off the bat.

We were promptly sat and our drinks came soon after. The service was great. I forget our servers name but she was outstanding as well. It did throw me off when I asked for Starry and she told me it was Sprite even though they serve Pepsi products. It just caused the wife and I to laugh. Although if I were an executive at Pepsi I’d probably not think it as funny.

Now to the food. I’m going to be honest, when I first opened the car door I was immediately met with what I believed to be the smell of some amazing BBQ. To say I was immensely disappointed to find not a single BBQ item on their menu is an understatement. It truly smelled like world class BBQ without a hint of it on the menu.

We got the Farmers toast as an appetizer which was AMAZING! My wife got the Crabcake BLT and was unable to finish it all. As much as she wanted she just couldn’t get it all down and elected to finish the little bacon and crab patty she had left.

I got the big ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. If I got the big ribeye I’d truly hate to see the small one. As far as the cooking of my steak goes, it was an absolutely perfectly cooked medium well steak. Not what I ordered or how I like to eat my steak but it was good so I didn’t say anything. It also didn’t taste like it had any seasoning on it either. I loaded it down with salt and ate it with my hard fries.

There at the end it seems like I was disappointed and am complaining. I am not. I will absolutely return. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to my friends and family. I’ll probably be back next week.

I know their menu is still progressing. Maybe BBQ will find it’s way on there. I also hope to find some sort of arrangement to the parking. Right now it’s like the Wild West trying to maneuver into a...

So I’ve tried to eat here on two different occasions. The first time was their pre grand opening. We went with some friends and I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo, my wife ordered the Shrimp & Grits, and a friend ordered the wings. The staff wasn’t well versed on the menus, and didn’t know the wing flavors. The alfredo was flavorless, and missed the mark on “cheese” the shrimp was plump and juicy. I don’t recall what the grits were like. We went the 2nd time post grand opening. Once again with some friends, we ordered different appetizers including pickle spears, corn nuggets, and cheese sticks. This was basic run of the mill deep fried bar food, came out hot and quick but portions were small especially on the fried pickle spears. We ordered a pizza, and friends ordered a crab cake sandwich and a cheesesteak. The pizza was overloaded with toppings, so much so it fell apart when we tried to pull a slice off the pan, the crust was burnt, the topping piled an inch thick on top were not heated thru, we’re cold into eating it, we went it back and they put it back in the oven again only to bring the same pizza back reheated which was still cold, we returned it to the kitchen and didn’t eat any of it. We then received an apology from the pizza cook who told me the dough was still frozen and it was his first day. To have such an amazing oven, you need to be making fresh dough hand pulling pizza and using fresh quality ingredients, not those from the run of the mill food service truck. The biggest disappointment was the cheese on the pizza, they are using the wrong mozzarella, as the low moisture cheese doesn’t allow the stringy cheese pull you find. I’ve given this place two chances and fell short both times. I was hoping this was going to be the place that set Snead on the map, but alas, it fell short, and I won’t...

We visited on a Friday night but there was still plenty of seating. We opted to dine outdoors and they had live music that night. Great if that’s your kind of thing, we did not care for the style or content of the songs but that’s a matter of preference, some may have loved it. The service was quick and attentive, until it was time for our bill, then we had to ask another waitress what their process was. We didn’t know if a bill would be brought to our table or if we had to go somewhere to pay for our dinner. My wife and I shared a margherita pizza and shared some wings and fries. It was all quite good, nothing was the best I’d ever had or anything but was all very tasty. The wings were a little small and could have been crispier, but still had good flavor. We had ordered celery and one blue cheese and one ranch. They brought us two blue cheese, we had to ask for the ranch again. And it didn’t hit us until after we left but we never did get the celery with the order. Oh well, the dressings were both delicious, so good we asked about them and were told they make the ranch in-house. The wood fired pizza was flavorful and had a good crust. A little thicker crust than our preference but still very good. It was big enough that we shared leftover pizza the next night.
