Subway — Restaurant in Snead

There is a young lady that works there named Katelyn smart, hopefully I spelled her name correctly. She is by far the most AMAZING worker I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. It was five minutes until they closed and she literally pulled everything out to make me a sandwich, and she does not even understand how grateful I am for that. She was fantastic. Her and her manager were there and they were both just as polite as you would have ever wanted anyone be. She just went above and beyond to make sure we were OK and I will forever stop at Subway in Snead if I’m hungry. I will not spend a single penny at another restaurant in Snead, I will always go to Subway from here on out because of this young lady; so thank you ladies so much. I came in and wanted to order some food to go but the staff that were there were an all female crew, they weren't listening to what. I wanted and I tried to tell them that what they were do was wrong but they acted very rude, non-compliant to my request, and seem to not know how to follow directions along with having a know it all attitude with comments like, "Why dont you come over and do it yourself."

I wasn't being rude or mean just trying to tell them can you please finish rolling up my burrito or can you add a little more to it as in food but they acted like they don't know how to follow instructions, they seemed to not care, they didn't want to listen, lazy, and by the end of it all the food was a mess with poor preparation along with the paper combine...

I decided to give them another chance, another fail in sandwich making. I ordered 50% more meat and vegetables on my sandwich. It was more like a wrap instead of a sandwich. I didnt get either after paying additional for the extra meat. Very poor. They should focus on their job apposed to talking about their personal life. I don't know if the workers were having a bad day or what but I would have been embarrassed letting those sandwiches leave the store. I ordered two footlong ham & turkey and a 6" Philly cheese steak. The footlongs were wrapped so poorly that the toppings was falling out of the bag. The hot Philly cheese steak was shoved into the bag with the cold sandwiches. It was cold by the time I got home.
