Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Socorro

I have rating for just going to eat and anither for Party info.... Okay. First, Dinning there. If you don't want to pay 20 bucks for pizza and 2 drinks, ONLY, don't come here... UNLESS they have promotions which are really good and convenient So keep an eye out for them. Next, from all the Peter pipper in this area of Socorro and Horizon, this one is the biggest one. they always have their games running, the staff is cool the buffet is always clean and if you want to request a pizza in buffet hours they will gladly take the request an even give you a buzzer. the manager is pleasant and from what I can see, Is good with his team. That is just my opinion when I go. Now... for Party stuff.. the packages were not what I expected, we did not get anything explained correctly. we thought we got a package that was everything, but turns out all we did was reserve the tables. so I didnt not have a good experience for partys... BUT I always go here to eat pizza. oh, and it's always COLD !!!...

Service was poor. Reguarless wheather if it is buisy or not, the job should be done in an orderly and professional manner. Coke dispenser had a few fountains that were watered down. I brought it up to employees attention and he turned his back on me. Followed by burning my chicago classic , it was black on the bottom along with another order, Which was also wrong . Management was kind enough to make another but wife n 4 kids were to inpatient and hungry to wait 45 min for another pizza to come out. I decided to take the pizza hm so i sent my daughter for a to go box. They refused to give her one. I had to go up my self n still refused to give a small to go box. He gave me two 8x8 to go little styrofone boxes. I spent almost $100 with food and games and was very dissapointed. Never had i ever had a problem with PPP till today. I do plan on returning soon . I hope to get better service next time. Or ill just plan to go to pizza hut as i had...

DO NOT order online at this location. We placed an online order since I always order online at the peter piper in horizon(by darrington) and haven't any issues. I got to Peter piper to pick up my pizzas only to be told that they have no order under the name given. So I provide them my order number #95420631 and show them the email confirmation I received and the response was "we never recieved your order, you should call it in and not order onlie". So I had to replace my order again at the restaurant and wait ANOTHER 25 min and deal with hungry children. And the response from the employees there was just to return where I did the order and do a complain. Really!? Super disappointed to say the least.

EDIT: The area supervisor contacted me addressed the issue and apologized. Peter piper does really care about their guests and wanted to make sure this issue doesn't happen to anyone else! Thank you for the response and...
