The young man working Saturday March 16,2024 needs a raise!! He was helping another co-worker that seemed to have a hard time understanding English, all while getting yelled at by 2 very rude women. They were just straight mean, saying "I knew you were going to screw it up!"---etc. I told him how sorry I was that he had to deal with that, it wasn't acceptable! He said "I just chalk it up them having a bad day!" GOOD FOR YOU DUDE, you have such a good attitude, his service was great and this kid is going places!! I used to really like this Subway. The employees have always been great and still are. The portions have shrunk though, they no longer have sweet peppers, and they do not accept coupons. Whoever manages this franchise has really dropped the ball. I'm overall disappointed and am more likely to get food from other local restaurants rather than this place these days. The penny pinching is noticeable and the sandwiches have taken a hit because of it. If this wasn't the only one I lived close to, I would 100% choose a different Subway. Subway is good but sandwhich makes are young and kind of low on energy for some reason. Some have attitude some done, depends who is working. Subway food is on par definitely not a 5 star but dealing with the young sandwhich artists is sometimes frustrating. The atmosphere also isn't great. It's bright and doesnt smell or seem clean.
