Burger King — Restaurant in Somerset Township

Watched them drop uncooked chicken in the fryer without changing gloves, and then immediately make sandwiches and salads. Bought a 4 dollar soda that was solid soda water with no syrup. Drove back 10 minutes later. Got laughed at by the toddler in the window when I asked for a new one as she said “yeah we just changed it. Hahahahahahha” yeah… it’s hilarious. I didn’t want what I paid for… why would I?

Everytime I go here I always say I’m never going back. This time I’m for sure. One of the managers looks like he’s there against his will. Doesn’t give advertised discounts unless specifically asked for them. And never gives sauce with nuggets. If you hate your job give it to someone else that cares about more than just a paycheck.

And start enforcing health safety. Have them change their gloves, have them wear beard nets. Have anyone at all do their job please. It may not matter to you. But some of us actually work hard...

Quite possibly the worst BK meal I've gotten anywhere in the country. Charged for cheese on three sandwiches that was never added. The tea tastes like nothing I've had before... I also didn't think it was possible to mess up onion rings but both orders had a mixture of "normal" rings mixed with rings that were obviously old and chewy... I rarely leave reviews about fast food but for what I spent, this was simply nasty food. This location must have a bunch of kids that don't care about actually earning their money 🙄 😒... If you can't get it right, just close your doors. By the way, if you can't negotiate the curve in the drive-through with the largest of dually pickup trucks even, you probably should buy a Prius and stop whining about your inability to drive a large...

When my wife was giving her order at the drive through the girl on the speaker couldn’t hear her ( not a big deal). After repeating herself twice my wife raised her voice and enunciated clearer. Midway through her order the manager said she would not have a customer shouting at one of her employees. My wife tried to explain what had happened but the manager refused to listen and told her to leave her drive through. We stopped at the window to try to explain again but we’re told to just leave and never come back. We COMPLETELY INTEND to honor her wishes and have been encouraging everyone we know to do the same. Good riddance to bad service. Would give less than one...
