Great staff. Great (and creative) food. Great entertainment.

My partner and some of my friends play in a few different bands that frequent this venue often. We always have a great time there for shows. The owner and the staff are all friendly yet professional, and always make a good evening even better.... you can also tell that they all really enjoy the musical acts they bring in regularly.

We regularly eat dinner here before shows as well.... and this is not something we do at every venue. We have always had excellent experiences with the food here, as well as with the prices and the expediency with which it is provided. We live 35 minutes away but have also started coming here for meals even when the bands aren't playing.... and bringing our 8 yr old daughter. She loves the food and the staff as well, and during the day/early evening it is totally a child-friendly atmosphere. Later in the evenings, while almost nightly entertainment is happening, it definitely becomes a nice energy-filled adult place to be.

From an outside perspective, i would say that this is a business that enjoys a good relationship with its customers and its entertainment partners. They know how to run a good and positive business model and make everyone feel welcome.... and these days that is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much,...

Friends that I was with stopped here because they liked the beer selection, especially what's on tap. They did have a good selection for mixed drinks as well. The menu... Was like of all over the place. Nothing was bad, but they did for example have a ramen that was more like the ramen you'd get in a packet than that from an Izakaya.. which, what did I expect, but also what's it doing on the menu then. My friends seemed happy with their more traditionally bar food selections of pizza, cheese fries, and the like although the pizza order wasn't exactly what was ordered. I didn't get to see the downstairs area, but the main floor was just kind of meh, it looked kind of like a decent dive if that makes sense, but there wasn't a lot interesting to look at either. Bartenders were nice, and owner was also very talkative and nice. There is...

Cool little bar and restaurant. Pizza was great , super cheesy . Bread pizza was even better . Typical beers on tap as well as some different ones in bottles . Live music was cool , good sound , neat to see the owner of the joint play drums with the band . It was the Tim Scott Band , hopefully they have them back to pack house again . Bar maids were chill and nice . Appreciate that . Regulars were cool , and kept to themselves unless spoken too . Only problem was messups with our food , ordered a pizza with sweet peppers and got green peppers instead , and ordered fries and never got them :-/ told the waitress who apologized and fixed our bill . Ok. If I lived in the mountain would be there daily , since I live in the valley will return when I can get back up the...

The food was really good. I got the stuffed portabella mushroom. That was nearly a meal by itself. I also got the salmon sandwich. That was okay but not something I'd order again. I'm not much of a drinker, but I do like a mild wine cooler and it seems not a lot of places have them but the tavern did. I gave only 4 stars because it took a while for our food to come out. They've had some live music and I've watched Red Law play there before.

We sat at the bar to have dinner. Dawn was our bartender/server. She was friendly, helpful and genuine. We felt connected to her like we found a new friend. We shared the pickle beet eggs with spice and sweet and hot sauce. They were delicious and not too spicy. My wife tried the white pizza and loved it. I had the cheese steak sub on the house made bread - excellent!! The service was top notch, and the food was generous and yummy.

A very nice place to go eat. They have lots of menu options. Great selection of beers and other drinks. A very friendly place with friendly staff. A real traditional tavern in the mountains vibe. They have small local bands on the weekends. We all really enjoyed our meal. Definitely stop by if you get up this way. It's a great place to come, eat and drink.
