Not our first time and i can't believe this last time was such a mess. Called in an order for pizza and chicken wings and was told 30 min. I arrived 30 mins later gave the guy at the desk my name and paid. The girl came out with just the chicken wings and nothing else. I was told the pizza was not ready. I waited another 10 mins and the kid checked again and still no pizza. Another 10 mins goes by and I ask again for someone to check on my pizza. The kid comes out and said" We don't know where your pizza is". Now I would have thought that within the 20 mins of me waiting someone would have realized well before 20 min that my pizza was lost. I was offered a free dessert. Frustrated I asked how long it would be for another pizza to be made and was told 10 min. Remember the wings are still out on the counter In a " insulated bag" . I leave to deliver the other food order I had from another restaurant and returned 10 min later still no pizza. At that point I was done! I waited for the pizza to come out and was handed the chicken wing which are now cold. When I brought this to the girls attention I was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. The first thing she did right. I should have, but I had already wasted too much time and needed to get the food back to my house. Ppl were waiting. Now maybe she should have taken the wings back well before the pizza was ready so I had hot food when I came back for my pizza. I didn't take the dessert. Felt that just didnt cut it. Your staff dropped the ball in so many ways. Maybe a refresher in customer service...

I'm torn with this review. So here is our story. We were visiting a friend who lives 2 min from this establishment. We ordered 2 pizzas, chicken tenders, and veggie fries and we were told 15 min to pick up the order. We arrived on time and the host replied it will be a few minutes as the border is waiting for an item to be made. We were fine most of these items only take 8-12 min to make. So to kill time, we grabbed a beer at the bar. 20 min expires and they check again on the offer, still needs time... After another 20 min the bartender heads to the back and pulls out our order.

Everything tasted great, the pizza was warm, not hot (cheese already solidified) we warmed it again in the oven for 5 min. The veggie fried was a floppy soggy mess, and the chicken tenderloins were the only dish the was hot.

The restaurant was easily at 10% capacity, take out was not slammed, and there were only 4 tickets hung in the kitchen visible from the bar.

I am very disappointed in the service and managerial abilities of this restaurant. With a low interior service attention to drop the ball on a simple take-out order makes me cautious to visit when they are at compacity.

We will try this again but on an quiet day this is heavily disappointed. Management should have talked to us at some point while the cooking staff was housing around with a lot of standing around. They were not understaffed at all.

With a restaurant this large with a matching staff, it is baffling that we waited an hour for a simple order without management...

One of the worst dining experiences ever. The manager/owner was dressed very unprofessionally. Her behavior and the way she treated her customers was atrocious. It amazes me that the meaning of Agoro is market place or space for assemblies. She was cold, and extremely rude. The food was so salty.... I got the chicken Picatta and it was like licking a brick of salt. When I mentioned it to the server, she said that several people complained about "this batch" since they received the last shipment. . I wondered if she meant that it was frozen pre-made. So I asked and indeed it is not home made"this batch" was horrible. The server was very nice and pleasant, very wonderful, well mannered young lady. I felt bad for her. She seemed overwhelmed. Our service was very very very slow. We asked for the same things several times.... We waited 20 minutes for Mayo, ketchup, and a cup of water. We were very polite to her. I don't believe it was the server's fault, she is caught in the middle of management, kitchen and consumers. It is the manager/owner. She walked by at least 30-40 times, nearly walking into our table. She never checked on our table even with our hand up trying to get a servers attention. The restaurant was not busy, there were plenty of empty tables. I will never go there again, I will not recommended anyone...
